After a lot of rain yesterday, I noticed a very large leak in the exact spot that was supposed to have been previously repaired. I called Nast Roofing this morning to confirm that the warranty was only good for one year. When I informed the woman who answered the phone of the current problem she offered to have someone come out and look at it. I informed her that I will look for another company because I have concerns that their work lasted less than 2 years. Her response was simply "ok". Lesson learned, their work doesn't last and they obviously don't care once they get your money for doing a poor job.

There were multiple issues, A wheel barrel thrown off the roof of the 4 story build. Tar got into the ac condensate line that 3 of the 4 units had to have the walls cut open and the pipe changed out. On the first floor we had to have the foundation of the residents patio dug up to get the condensate line replace under the patio. Rocky said it was not them. They also closed off one of the mansard hatches on the roof. Their office could not get the invoices correct they had the build numbers and invoices missed matched, and after I sent them copies of the invoices they sent us and gave them a copies of the checks we sent to them their office still could not comprehend the invoice was paid, they even threatened going to court, I was ready as I had all my paperwork in order (it never went to court), I even offered to go to the office and help them out. There were a total of 4 buildings that were 4 stories that were contracted with Rocky to re-roof. There were 2 fires that got out of hand from the tar pot and the fire department had to be called. Im glad that the people that hired this company for a single family house we satisfied However I would not recommend this company for anything over a single story. Do your homework.

Underlayment was on but not the tile. Then came Milton. Thankfully we had mild wind and little rain with hurricane Milton. This week the tile will be delivered and finally the roof can be finished. I had them remove an old wooden fence and replace it with new vinyl fencing. At first the completed job looked very good but later I discovered that they had not sunk one of the 4x4's for one of the fence panel posts. At this location they only sunk the vinyl post and the concrete was only on one side of the post. On they other they put a half-a**ed wooden support in the ground. The result was this post was not vertically leveled and would move significantly back and forth when moved by hand. I speculate that the worker (who BTW was smoking pot during the job) did not want to deal with my Bougainvillea on that side of the fence. This last weekend I had to increase the post support with additional concrete on that side and that is something I should not have had to do.

We have had water leaks the whole time after they "completed their work" and even an electrical socket leak out of the wall and become hazardous. They left dangerous nails all over the property and one even hit my husbands car. These people are completely unreachable and MIA after completing the roof and we are in the process of suing them for malpractice! What's crazy is they sat in our home and told us we would never ever have an issue with their service and they would fix immediately if there was anything. Scammers! Don't use them
