They did a fine job on my car (I have a basic Ford Escape, nothing fancy). I was told there was a Lifetime Guarantee! I noticed lately, the tinting on the right front passenger door is scrunching up. I couldn't find my receipt but I figured they would have me in their system, and so I drove down there and talked to someone in person, who gave me the impression he was in charge. He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously? Who doesn't keep records in their business system? Are they using triplicates? He said for me come back and they could fix it and maybe "see what they can do after it's fixed." Huh?! I'm not gonna have the work done and get charged full price. Just bummed that this is how they do business.

Didn't want dark and was mainly looking for heat rejection. Saw the actual shades and didn't realize that what I was picturing in my head was not what I had asked about. Tim explained the shades (what I originally asked for vs what was displayed) and heat rejection % very well. Glad Tim cleared up my misconception. Very happy with the result.
