After two hours of trying everything it was apparent that only a Porsche dealer could "code" the radio. Jerry is an amazing man who loves a challenge, and hated conceding. Even though he spent all that time he didn't ask for any compensation whatsoever. I told him that even though I live in Southbury, I'll be bringing my cars to him from now on. Jk They hooked my car to a machine, & Jerry explained to me it was testing for leaks, pressure , & im sure a few other things ! It took maybe 25 minutes, they have great AC & TV for those that don't work from their phone or brought in a book to past the time !! After a tweak or 2 to my car I was soon on my way to feeling that Artic cold air as I ride through the end of summer !! Rob not only stopped what he was doing but did the troubleshooting and had brake lights working in about 15 minutes. Rob Nordin, who is the owner, was very friendly. I took out a check book and he insisted that his time and effort were on the house. He only asked that the next time I needed service for the car, that I consider his shop. I don't know of any other car places that give you a ride to work while your car is being repaired. If your car needs a repair, but it can wait, they won't rush you to get it done right away. They genuinely care about your safety in your vehicle. They can also get work done for you much cheaper than other mechanics! They are so accommodating. Their prices are the impossible to beat and is the cherry on top. I bought a car from someone who told me he had always used this place for any work he had ever had to have done on the car I bought from him. He told me to ask for Charlie. That there is no place better, period. I took my 2008 Lincoln MKZ to them in the summer of 2020 for the first time and I was blown away with the way they eased my concerns about my car. They called me every step of the way. They took the time to explain what they found was the problem, then took more time to properly explain exactly what that problem means and then called me first to ask me if I was ok with them going forward to do the work. They went above and beyond to alleviate any stress I was feeling which made all the difference in the world. very bad experience... the owner operator whatever the guys name is... horrible.. no accountability…read morefor his shop completely blowing the transmission on my jeep wrangler... kids with no training as the employees there working on peoples car without a clue of what's going on... my cars automatic, just incase the guy who put whatever into my transmission didn't know by now smh... i'll be buying a brand new transmission now thanks to the great job jiffy lube did on my deque "oil change"... literally the only reason i went there that day was because my car was telling me oil change... and i leave with a cooked tranny.. save yourself the trip bro.. should sew but i want my car sooner than later n my lawyer in cancun... bitch ass jiffy li've... couldn't give em 0 stars ^^
