They are a LOT more reasonable price-wise on oil changes and the associated service items, as compared to car dealerships, by around a factor of 3x, which is remarkable. I'd say they are pretty comparable price-wise to the other places that specialize in basic service items such as oil changes, but they come in at around 1/3 the price of dealerships - which is unbelievable but true. It's a very clean and pleasant facility. They give you several choices of the grade of oil you want to buy, and explain them clearly - although the price signage could be a little more clear. The staff is knowledgeable, very professional, and friendly. Overall, excellent.

do not go here. they are crooks. sergio drained all the oil from car and caused my engine to burn…read more they change my tire twice and i got 2 flats on 2 separate occasions w/in 1 hr of driving on the highway. when i took my vehicle back to them the mechanic said it seem like you need a stem check valve. so i bring it to management's attention a guyanese indian guy who completely ignores me and the situation. all i wanted was a tire change (which includes balancing, sealant and a new stem check valve; as per receipt) and they didn't even do that!!!! while changing my tire they broke the bolt for the bearings and requested me to pay $500!!! to repair it!! they are the only ones to ever change my tires while on a car lift. for 6 months i experienced car issues & now my car is dead and i have to buy a new vehicle!!!!

He makes going to the car wash a pleasure , easy drive through and always has towels , sprays and even tire shine as well as good running vacuums ( all this offered even to non members ) Now that's so considerate because most places don't do that He also runs specials and allows you to join and never limits you like some places to only "new customers" Today I had to ask him to refund a car wash because I bought a membership a day or two after and with out hesitation he helped and told me no problem. To me that's the place you want to go for all your car needs , you are treated like a Vip and next door there's a oil change and a nice lounge area with coffee while you wait , can't beat that !! They were very understanding and didn't take my own edge approach personally. Not only did they help me out with my oil change, but my tires were also filled, one of them was on lower pressure when I arrived. I waited for my car, and I got there around 8:10 and my oil change was done within 30 minutes. Though pricey, and though I used a Groupon, it was a valuable service. You can't buy back time. Thanks.

Jerry said to bring it in and he'll see what he could do with it even though that wasn't his business. After two hours of trying everything it was apparent that only a Porsche dealer could "code" the radio. Jerry is an amazing man who loves a challenge, and hated conceding. Even though he spent all that time he didn't ask for any compensation whatsoever. I told him that even though I live in Southbury, I'll be bringing my cars to him from now on. It took maybe 25 minutes, they have great AC & TV for those that don't work from their phone or brought in a book to past the time !!
