Buyer beware! Read their return policy before buying. Essentially, if you open a box and try out a product, you are screwed--they will deny a refund. I ordered, via Amazon, a Thule bike rack from 365cycles. Arrived in a worn and damaged box but rack was undamaged. While installing rack ONCE on back of SUV, realized it was too heavy and complicated for my partner to install so initiated return via Amazon. 365cycles kept the returned rack and denied me a refund. I was skeptical ordering from these guys online because of their low prices compared to elsewhere and a handful of negative reviews which made me think it could be a scam site. I ordered an expensive Selle Italia saddle from them at a good discount. Unfortunately, as I was doing research with which saddle to order I had multiple pages up and I ended up accidentally ordering the wrong saddle size. I noticed it right away and immediately emailed them asking them to cancel the order. I had one of those bad feelings that I messed up and I was going to get stuck with the saddle. The next morning they emailed me back and told me they couldn't cancel the order because of automation, but that I could return the saddle for free after receiving it. Really started to feel like a scam to me at this point. But I did receive the saddle, returned it for free, and got the correct size without any issues. Horrible customer service!! Package never arrived. Contacted 365 several times and got a nice response back that said "not our problem". Contacted Fedex several times and their response was 365 has to fix this. 3 weeks late now, and 365 instead to trying to fix this, just issued a refund. I purchased 2 tires from this vendor through Amazon. I received one new and one used. Unfortunately, I didn't open the package until after the return window closed. I paid for 2 new tires and expected 2 new tires. This vendor knowingly sent me a used tire. I don't support unethical vendors. Fortunately, Amazon promised to refund my payment since this vendor would not take responsibility. I have photos showing the new tire with a new tag and the used tire with a stapled on tag. Purchased new tires. In order to inspect them, you have to unpack them. The side walls were incredibly thin. I looked at the one star reviews and noted this was a real problem for people. I initiated a return, and got the message. If the package has been opened You cannot return it. How do you inspect the product if you don't take it out of the box? Feels like a scam. I brought my bike in for a tune up before going on a biking vacation. When I picked my bike up from the shop I noticed that there was a very deep gouge half the circumference of the frame (seat stay) near the rear brakes. ? caused by a tool or clamp. My bike was previously in real nice shape and this damage was very noticeable. Also, during my ride on vacation the chain was rubbing on the front derailleur and the chain fell off before even riding 30 miles. I am not the avid cyclist but I enjoy riding the trails and back roads of NH. I recently had an incident and my bike required attention. i had brought it to 365 once before so I brought it back and asked that they check it out and get me back on the trails. They called with an estimate and gave a detailed description on what needed to be done. It was apparent that they were not trying to oversell. i agreed to their quote and was told that the bike would be ready on a certain day. I went in to pick up the bike and due to a delay in getting parts the bike was not ready. It was apparent that this was not usual for them and I left with a heart felt apology. To my surprise they called the next day, the bike was ready and they discounted some labor costs because the bike was not ready when they said it would be.
