It was great having a mobile tire service cause then I didn't have to put on my spare and drive anywhere he came to me. The service and care that was put into fixing the hole in my tire was definitely five star premium service. I had never seen someone put so much care and effort into fixing a flat. It's the best tire service I've ever had and I honestly mean that. So I high recommend Superior and I will definitely be using them again. And again the best part is it's mobile so they come to you which is amazing.

The first time I had him replace the two front tires on my two door coupe. He replaced the stick on weights that were originally on my wheels and replaced them with the sidewall weights that stick out. This cause the weight to brush up against my strut and cause my vehicle to shake badly. I promptly went back to the tire shop to express my concern for this shaking. The owner seemed to be irritated with me saying that there's nothing he can do that my wheel are what's the problem. I expressed that the wheels usually have stick on weights as to avoid this issue. After hassling with the owner for a while he agreed to take the wheels off and use the stick on weights to balance the wheels. After doing so, I leave the tire shop and my steering wheel is shaking uncontrollably. This is a result in the owner purposely unbalancing my tires. because a few weeks later I had the tires re-balanced at a different tire shop, and the shaking was completely gone. Aside from this, I came early in the morning to have my tires serviced. As the assistant was working on my vehicle the owner pulls the tech off of my vehicle to finish getting everything set-up and ready for the office outside of the building. I thought this was extremely rude and unprofessional, as I am a paying customer to have my vehicle worked on and the owner pulls off his employee to finish setting up chairs and setting display tires outside of the building. I'm very upset with the quality and customer service and this location. I will never be coming back to this tire shop in my life.

They were able to balance my tires, but once I was pulling out out of their driveway, my tires were grinding, sounded like the brake pad dust covers or I couldn't tell you what it was because I'm no mechanic. The worker didn't want to stay and fix it because he had practice the manager came out, lifted up my truck and told me it was another part that was broken then maybe the dealer messed up on I double checked it. The dealer replaced the wheel bearing prior. There was no issues brought my truck back to LA tires the next day to see if they can help me fix it. The worker just looked at me and laughed and said that Manager already told me what it was. I talked to the manager. He came out. He tried to fix it. He told me it was done and ready to go. Pulling out of the driveway the noise got quieter, but I could still hear the clicking when I'm driving and now I'm just noticing at home I am missing the front left hubcap. I called and they don't wanna do anything to help replace or find it. And they stated in a review before they don't like to lick you in the eyes or talk to you like a man. Selling a plugged tire without disclosure is completely unacceptable. When I called to request an exchange for a tire without a plug, they refused and only offered to repair it. I didn't want a repair--I wanted what I paid for: a safe, used tire without prior damage. This response showed a complete lack of customer service and accountability. I will not buy from LA Tires again, nor will I recommend them. Warning to other customers: inspect your tires carefully before leaving, because they may sell you tires with undisclosed repairs. Instead, they slapped on 15-20 wheel weights--some stacked on top of each other--as if that counts as a repair. Refunds were issued, but that doesn't fix the poor workmanship, wasted time, or the serious safety risk. I wouldn't trust this shop with basic maintenance, let alone anything important. Corporate needs to step in--this level of service is unacceptable.

I spoke with Case by phone the day before, the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. So, I ask for Case and mentioned I spoke to him yesterday about getting new rims installed and tire rotations. He then said give me a minute I'll get you right in. So, with then 10 minute he said pull in the first bay we'll get you taken care of and it took all but 27 minute and they were done. That being said the overall experience was excellent.
