He said why you want to bring back the wheel?... We don't return anything...He was very rude and unprofessional.... I've been a customer since 2017... Stay away from this place... When I went to get my TPMS sensor replaced on that exact tire at another shop I was informed that my lug nut on my tire could not be removed due to it being cross threaded. I went back here to tell them that they were the last ones to touch the tire with proof of purchase they refused any responsibility for damaging the stud and asked for me to pay for a replacement. Even if it was an accident the accountability is lacking heavily. DO NOT go here if you want to end up with a bigger headache than you showed up with. No one likes having to replace a tire plus now I have to replace my stud and lug nut myself.

The estimate was over $5000. The second opinion was you don't need any of that but you do need about $100 worth of work. I called corporate and talked to the area manager who said he would look into it and they don't do business that way. Please give us another chance. I took another car in for an oil change. They said I needed necessary maintenance because it was do. I looked in the manual and the car wasn't old enough and had half the mileage listed before manufacture recommended maintenance. I took the car back to the dealer and nope. Not time for that. I took another car in due for oil and inspection. And again a list of necessary things. Again not due. I don't know what happened because it's never been like this before.
