The past two times I have came to this tire shop, the owner has given me issues and has caused damage to my vehicle. The first time I had him replace the two front tires on my two door coupe. He replaced the stick on weights that were originally on my wheels and replaced them with the sidewall weights that stick out. This cause the weight to brush up against my strut and cause my vehicle to shake badly. I promptly went back to the tire shop to express my concern for this shaking. The owner seemed to be irritated with me saying that there's nothing he can do that my wheel are what's the problem. I expressed that the wheels usually have stick on weights as to avoid this issue. After hassling with the owner for a while he agreed to take the wheels off and use the stick on weights to balance the wheels. After doing so, I leave the tire shop and my steering wheel is shaking uncontrollably. This is a result in the owner purposely unbalancing my tires. because a few weeks later I had the tires re-balanced at a different tire shop, and the shaking was completely gone. Aside from this, I came early in the morning to have my tires serviced. As the assistant was working on my vehicle the owner pulls the tech off of my vehicle to finish getting everything set-up and ready for the office outside of the building. I thought this was extremely rude and unprofessional, as I am a paying customer to have my vehicle worked on and the owner pulls off his employee to finish setting up chairs and setting display tires outside of the building. I'm very upset with the quality and customer service and this location. I will never be coming back to this tire shop in my life. read more

Purchased a set of tires for my wife's car,50,000 mile . After 9,000 tires on front wore out . Called and owner asked me to bring the vehicle in ,I did. He inspected the tires and agreed there was a problem and would order to more to replace them with. Days . I was told the tires would be there in 2-3 days . Well that didn't happen and I called the owner said another day that didn't happen then the next time I called the owner was not available and his employees couldn't help me. This went on for weeks my final call I asked for a cell number for the owner and was told by his employee that he did not have that number I asked how he could run a business like this and was told the owner was remodeling his house! And there was no way to contact him. So I contacted my bank and they contacted the owner who told my bank that he never agreed to replace the tires . So I had to purchase new tires elsewhere again . I had a company car with a tire that came entirely off the rim. While waiting for the tire service my company uses to get their act together and locate the correct replacement tire I found Afford-it a couple blocks away. The owner tossed a jack in his truck and drove over to replace my tire. I bought a second tire to match and left with a $240. charge. I would have paid that for one tire from our tire service if I had waited 3 more hours for them to arrive. Afford-it is a mom and pop shop with some great folks working there and very fair prices. Please avoid this place at all costs. They sell you generic tires and say "These tires are made by the big X Brand Company but they can't put their name on it", blah blah. Do a quick search on the tires and nothing comes up...at all. Bottom line is you're getting ripped off for cheap generic tires. So...you want them to order name brand tires? This is what happens...they say they will contact their supplier and they will be in by X date. You call on that day to come in and they say, "sorry, supplier couldn't get them". This same thing happened to my brother. Horrible experience and I'm not even sure how this place is still in business. read more

First time I went a couple of years ago they were good. I bought 4 tires for my truck. The tires lasted a few years. This last time however...I bought 4 new tires. They stripped one of the tire wheel studs, they werent using a torque either, cheap power drill. Wouldn't have cared except the boss told me I would have to have it fixed and it would be easy. That's after I asked of course what next? I figured they would fix the bolt. They did not. I didn't argue, i was tired after working and just said fuck it. He was right though I fixed it, it wasnt too bad. It's the point though, I feel like they stripped the bolt. The owner let me drive away with one less lug than I came in with!! Thats bad buisness. Also i looked up the tires they put on, not really a good deal at all honestly, they were selling for far less at pep boys...of course with the install and balance you could make the argument it wasnt an incredibly unfair price, but not a good deal in my opinion either. ( I dont really blame them for that, I should have done my research...oh well..still though the place looked cheap i just assumed I would get the hook up so I was like fuck it.) That being said if you dont want to spend 800.00 you can get a set of truck tires for around 460.00. I cannot recommend them though because I had to redo the bolt myself...that's not cool. So buy cheap get cheap basically, they are super fast though. read more
