I've really never experienced that at a venue before, and hopefully it was just a fluke? I'd return but only if it's a band I really-really-really want to see.

It has gender neutral bathrooms and a snack bar where everything is a dollar and honestly what can you get for a dollar these days, not much. On the performing side the backstage area is smaller but still very easy to fit multiple people in and their gear. There is also a booth where you can run sound and lights and has a great sound system and lighting system built in. I highly recommend you check out any show that is there I know they have a burlesque show coming up on December 10th 2022. They also host open mic nights, poetry slams and other epic events that I highly recommend checking out.
