I enjoyed buddy there lol

Loved the cats lol, made the waiting go by way quicker. All cats friendly, not too sure which one is this one by the door but was nice and just slept on me the entire time after being pet

Best laundry place in town. Clean, organized, good prices, AND they have 2 launder-kitties to keep you company while you wait. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in Florence for work again.

The BEST laundermat on the west coast!!

This is an excellent laundry facility! Clean and someome is always there to help you! Showers are AWESOME and they even have a thrift store on site!

Definitely a very clean and nice place to do laundry. Loss of star due to dryers not really getting the clothes dry on a 30 minute cycle. Still had some items damp and no, it was not overloaded and I cleaned out the lint trap (I'm actually glad you have the ability to do that here). I've finally learned that lesson. Price was a smidge high but not bad enough to say no. There were a few machines that were broken but they were clearly labeled and easy to avoid. Top washers, 20lbs, 30lbs, and a big Bertha machine available. Dryers are standard size and $0.25 for 5 minutes. They do offer drop off service for $1.25 per lbs. including folding. Showers are available for $3.00 and it gets you about 8 minutes from what one customer that used it told me. They had zero issues with hot water and the stalls were clean. We are a Fulltime traveling family and go to a lot of laundromats through the country and this one is definitely on the upper scale for nice. If you can get those dryers to output some more heat, it would be a no brained 5 star for me. So yes, bring your clothes here to do laundry. ***comment in reference to sewer smell*** did not have that issue here at all.

Nice laundromat and clean but extremely pricey. Busy on Thursday morning when laundry was done.

My kind of place, clean and also has friendly cats. The machines all worked and there is a deli next door for snacks.

My kid is ill and vomits daily, and of course the dang thing died when I had not done laundry for over a week. Plus we need clean clothes for another hospital thing next week. The laundromats in our town are sketchy. That is all I am going to say about that. We hopped on google and yelp and decided to try Waldport. We had a 5 star experience at this laundromat. It was clean, most of the machines were working, it was not too busy, and our clothes got clean and dried. There is no bathroom and there are no vending machines for pop or snacks which might contribute positively to the clean aspect. We brought our own quarters. $3 to wash, $1.50 to dry. One quarter got eaten. Could have been worse, right? We did hear that they are not always open when they are supposed to be. I guess we lucked out. This was my kid's first laundromat experience that he remembers ( I was still married for our last one so that was probably 15 years ago). He loved it and now wants to own a laundromat. Lol.

In college, that was standard operating procedure, because everyone just left their clothes in the wash, which seems to happen here quite a bit. Im not convinced that this is totally accepted by most, but i fully support it if all machines are in use or inoperable.

I knew that she was very expensive in the past and I went here only because my normal place in Salem was too far. I could not go there for just a couple quick thin sweaters. I normally make one trip there in the summer for everything. When I went in there two weeks ago, she told me that my very thin sweaters not thick sweaters would be around $8.35 a piece. I wrote that down on my receipt when I left so that I knew. I knew she was still expensive for these thin sweaters, but I was willing to pay at this one time. Unfortunately, when there's only one dry cleaners in the area they can do whatever they want. When I went back there this Wednesday, she tried to tell me that my price was $35.85. I was shocked!! I couldn't even believe that that's what I heard and I told her no that's not what you told me and I said look at my receipt. This is what you told me and I looked her in the eye. She continued to argue. She did not want to refund me. She kept arguing with me and then eventually said well I'll give you a $10 credit. How about that? And I said no I don't ever want to come back here again. After I told her I would report this to Visa and that I would dispute it because I knew this was wrong . She then refunded me and voided the sale and charged me the normal price. I have never had anyone try to do this. It is a smooth, gypsy move that I have never experienced. Telling someone, one price then doing a full switch and bait!! I'm imagining she does this to people all the time and catches them off guard. Most people are embarrassed and don't want to say anything. On top of this imagine paying almost $12 for a thin ladies sweater. I have all types of sweaters I have thin, medium and thick. This is about $7.50 in Salem, maybe closer to $8.00 in McMinville. Please do not go here find somewhere else there are other dry cleaners in McMinville and in Salem I drive in order not to be completely ripped off. I can still save money even with the gas. No wonder people can't pay rent, buy food or gas because the people like this.
