They were posted in a group. It was like three to four men gathered. I felt more uneasy around them than the people in the store. They didn't seem to have a professional disposition. Sort of reminded me of men gathered together on the street and as a woman you feel uneasy passing by them. The parking lot doesn't have a sense of direction and the shopping carts seem to discourage shopping in my opinion. At first, I was thinking damn I can get this cheaper at CVS but I decided to buy things that were truly beneficial so I can still support the business, what doesn't discussed often is how Black-owned stores often get charged more for the same wholesale products and sometimes can't even access certain brands at all. Unfortunately the system is set up has Black owned small businesses at a disadvantage. So when you support Black owned, you're also helping access, representation, & keeping money circulating where it actually matters. I found products in here I've never seen at CVS or other stores especially living outside South LA where options are limited.
