Mánager very rude name Julie, I bought a dress I couldn't try it on because they had the dressing room close. I try it at home and figured it was way to big on me, took it the very next morning whit the tag on whit recipe. And they end up telling me I couldn't exchange it because dresses are final. She argued with me saying that she mentioned it to me when I pay but she never did. Mind you I had spent over $70 I didn't even want my money back I just wanted to get a different dress, because the one I had got they didn't even have my size. Then the other employee came up to me saying I'm 100 percent she told you it was final sale, but she wasn't even there the day after. Then I ask for a phone number to call and speak to someone superior of them, and they never give me no number. Terrible customer service!! Unsatisfied with this location! First of all they don't have fitting rooms available. Second you can't return for a refund if clothes don't fit etc ; (exchanges & store credit only)! I was only able to receive store credit but if I loose or misplace my store credit RECEIPT paper there's no way to track my store credit as stated from the asian lady at the front desk! Excited that this place finally opened a little over a week ago! This fashion store sells the latest women's trend. Most of the items are below $30 including lots of cocktail/party type dresses. Fashionista also carries a lot of accessories and shoes. There's a section in the store for plus sizes. I liked some of the plus sizes style, but didn't see them in regular sizes. I ended up buying a green cotton drawstring jacket with a hood for $20.99, which will be perfect for the fall. The return policy is similar to that of other women's fashion stores. NO refunds, but exchanges ok within 7 days with receipt and price tags attached. Final sale for party dresses, jumpsuits, sale items, undergarments, and cosmetics. read more

They clearly don't like Black people. My shopping trip there was a total nightmare, and I ended up buying nothing, which means they didn't make any money off me. I just wanted a certain type of pants. When I walked in, an Asian lady at the counter gave me a look but said hi. I kept walking around, stopping abruptly because something caught my eye. Every time I stopped, she'd pretend to be busy with the clothes but obviously just keeping tabs on me. It got so weird that I just stopped moving. She still kept walking around me, pretending to fix stuff. After like 5 minutes, she had to help someone else check out, so I got a break from her watchful eye. When she was done, she asked if I needed help. I was like, "No, I'm good, just waiting for you to come back." And then she finally left me alone. Their policies are unreasonable. You step in and there's no fitting room available for you to try on the clothes. They give you 7 days to exchange something for store credit as if that's enough time for someone. If you are not going to have a damm fitting room available , you should offer more time for exchanges or give people their money back. They only look out for themselves . I always come here for last minute outfits I leave the store with so many cute clothes & shoes! last Thursday I stopped by to purchase some black boots they were the last pair My size which was perfect! I had just started to come to this store but yesterday had a VERY bad experience. A worker there by the name of Esmeralda gave me a rude remark. When I asked her for her name she gave me a look as if she was confused and then i asked her for the manager and she said she was at the front. I walked there and the other girl who was very polite said that wasnt true. No manager was there. She called one of the store owers...James ..i think it was who apologized. Second and last time coming into this store. I do not recommend shopping here at all it's a scam. Yeah they sell cute clothes and shoes and the prices are okay but seriously! You aren't allowed to use the fitting rooms so if the clothes or shoes you bought don't fit or come in bad condition it's your problem because the damn store doesn't allow returns on almost all items if it is returnable it's no money back only store credit. I really really love this place! they have a variety of style clothing here and amazing prices! Rushed in on Sunday morning for a party I had to go to in 2 hours! They have a HUGE selection and amazing prices. This is a dream store for inexpensive clothing. It's big and clean and organized. They also have a big plus size section. I was able to get a cute dress for $17 and a hat for $9! They also have a big shoe selection and the girls are super nice. Terrible customer service! On Sunday I went and bought a pair of shoes. The sales lady said she would take it to the register for me. When I got home I realized that it was the wrong shoe. Today I go back to exchange for the right one. Not only did I not receive an apology for their mistake, but I was not given the $4 difference of cash back.
