I don't want to deal with a back and forth email exchange. I just want to get some very basic information, but the woman I talked to kept directing me to send an email. I get the wonderful benefits of email, but it's not for every situation. Even after I told her that I want to get quotes over the phone her response was "most people want official quotes via email". I'm obviously not most people, but it should NOT be so difficult to get helped over the phone. Really disappointing since they have such good prices and are supportive of non-profits.
