So I drove the 27 miles to get there and the owner service agent was out to lunch. I came back 30 minutes later and was the first one into the shop to talk to him ... then 2 other people came in who wanted to discuss buying a power amplifier (Kenwood has the amplifier already built in that will work the speaker magic you want ... for the educated that is). Owner abandon the $400 of put in a new radio (head unit) me and went to talk spanish with the two new guys. I don't speak that language and I suspect the owner has a hard time speaking english and avoids doing business with people that are spanish speaking impaired. With some one so broken as this an interpreter is of no help. You are doing business with the interpreter who is NOT the person doing the work. Walk away from that deal especially if you life limb or property on the line. You will lose it. So I stopped wasting my time and money with this business hoping they were professional and walked out ... while also urge you to do like wise.
