Amanda was very friendly, greeting everyone as they arrived. Anyone who didn't register online, was asked to fill out the waiver on the iPad. Since I registered earlier I only needed to check myself in. They have a couple areas with black storage containers to place your belonging. They lock the doors while yoga is in session so no one can come in, but you can leave if needed. It was nice that she told us to pick up a couple blocks and strap as you walked into the class. It was a 60 minute FREE mindpose SLOW class in a heated room. It filled up quickly and started promptly at 9 am. The music was a little loud at first, but someone asked her to turn it down so we could hear her since the room was full. Loved the class; however, there was one set that by the third pass at the moves it was way to fast for me to follow since it's been years doing yoga. I wasn't able to follow, except the first two and end poses. Other than that, I was able to hold the majority of the poses and I loved the leg stretches towards the end. I'm hoping to go to this one a week to help with my running and mountain biking. The class ended with a nice cool towel with a slight lemon scent that was placed on your forehead or your shoulder.

Thus regular heated classes have become dangerous for me and my baby, not to mention my husband and I are now incredibly tight facing a variety of medical bills. The studio managers have informed me that I am not able to cancel my membership without a cancellation fee and have been surprisingly & incredibly rude to me regarding this situation-- going so far as to unnecessarily threaten collections. I wasn't aware I signed up for a year contract as I never even signed anything-- this makes me nervous of how the business is run here and how many others are locked into a contract unknowingly? Overall, very disappointed with how unprofessional and insensitive I've been treated. I will not be returning once my health does.

I didn't see "Yin" on the schedule so opted not to sign up. I played golf with Jeff a couple weeks later Amd he explained they call Yin, Surrender. Well I signed up for the $30, unlimited classes for 2 weeks... for new yoga people only. The website is very intuitive and all the options and special deals for first responders and military are detailed. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and felt welcome. In Vegas I got a sense of clicks and a cool kids vibe. Here it's family Amd warmth. The Surrender class was led by Taylor. She was very good. She took us into a spiritual journey, accompanied by traditional yoga appropriate music that help spirit out life's noises Amd allowed me to clear my mind Amd be present and in the moment. The room started out warm but now hot and then all of the sudden you realize you're sweating. Please note that Surrender is not about pushing or exerting yourself it's more about meditating and stretching. This is my first day in 4 years that I've taken a yoga class and I feel great! I took their 60-minute HOT Stretch class - space element with Julie and it was soooooo good. I always feel like I get such a good stretch when in a warmed room and this class did not disappoint. It wasn't a super demanding class, most of the poses were seated and laying down although we did do some standing poses towards the end of class. I brought my own towel and a towel for my mat as well. I don't know if they provide towels, but if they do they weren't visibly displayed. Excited to come back here!

The ambience was a bit crazy due to a rock climbing completion going on but we were still able to get our climb on without it being super duper crowded. The people here (climbers and their families) are super friendly and gave us tips on how to get started, even helped us do a climb! The kids were ecstatic and got their wiggles out, and got to be active for an afternoon...I'm afraid we might be converted!

Local gyms are my favorite. Less crowds and it's not as intimidating. The space is cute and comfortable with chairs you can sit or lay back in. The instructor guided the first half; and then, the second half we were allowed space to just be with our thoughts and emotions. Staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking in the lot. Definitely a nice place to reset, so it'll be part of my frequent routine.
