3BR is the best bar in Central Jersey, and my absolute favorite bar in the world. I said what I said. And I thank Yelp for introducing me to this beautiful, unique, gem of a place. Gosh, where do I begin? First off, they make all their alcohol in-house which is just SO COOL. Behind the bar, is a glass wall so you can see all the machinery used to brew it. The owners are extremely passionate about their product and you can taste it in their drinks! Every cocktail is delectable and so thoughtfully made. They also host events every month, all throughout the month! I've been going to trivia and bingo nights and it's so fun! Plus the decor and theme of the whole place is AWESOME. Love this little hidden gem in the beach town of Keyport. My husband brought me here once before, this was our second visit, and we will definitely be back for an upcoming recurring event we learned about. When you drive past, you might not exactly know it's there- almost looks like a warehouse or closed shop when passing by. It is dark and gives speak-easy vibes. When you enter, it looks like you time traveled into the old USSR with Soviet decor. We had the horseradish shots (spicy to the perfect level- not the kind that makes your nose burn), my husband had some kind of hibiscus or fruity drink, and I had the extra dirty martini. LOVED the pickle stuffed olives that came with my drink. I selected the gin, but would opt for the vodka version next time to see if I could taste more olives. Our server was incredibly friendly, and when we asked about bloody Mary's, he mentioned that on certain weekends for $25 you can pay to get in and drink bloody Mary's and have Oysters. My friend introduced me to this place and I have been obsessed with it ever since! The vibe and the decor of the place is so cool and the drinks are amazing!! Such unique and tasty cocktails and they make their own spirits and liqueurs in house and you can see the hard work they put into the cocktails as well as the atmosphere. I really enjoy the vibes at 3BR distillery! The bartenders and all the staff at 3BR distillery are welcoming. I did not feel out of place. This was my second time at 3BR distillery and I enjoyed my first time and I knew I had to come back. The aesthetic of 3BR is so cool. I love how you can see the distillery in the back. Something about it gives steam punk vibes. The first time I came was for a yelp event and just from that I knew I had to come back. My second time around I came with my cousin and sister. My cousin never been to 3BR and she also thought it was a pretty cool spot and she is a tough critic so I'm glad she thought it was cool as well. As for their drinks! They are pretty yummy and they do not skimp on the alcohol. 3BR distillery is definitely one place I will keep recommending just because of the vibe of the people working there and my experience. Great chill vibe with delicious drink options. We were greeted as soon as we came in & asked if it was our first time (it was). We were given the lay of the land, bathrooms, lounge area, bar etc. & drink suggestions. I would suggest all first timers to try the flight & chocolate pairing, a cool unique experience. It allows you to taste flavors you may not typically go for. My fav tastes was the kofi, even purchased a bottle. The other drinks we ordered were good as well, probably would have had more if we didn't have a 45 min drive ahead of us. As we were leaving live music was setting up (around 5PM) & per the schedule in the bathroom they have bingo, trivia, & live music on a regular. ALSO they have gin & whiskey making classes! I rarely update reviews, but figured since I was having a new experience here. It was worth the update. I've been coming to three of you for a while, and I've always really loved the experience. The complexity of the drinks and the thought that goes into them is really appealing to me, and I think it's worth the price of the drinks, given all that goes into them. The staff here is all super friendly, and the environment is incredibly chic. They recently added more couches, and it truly has a lounge feel, which I think is really lovely. Recently, I needed to host a private event, and I knew they had experience hosting events, so I reached out to Maks to book my celebration. The planning part of this process was extremely smooth. Max was very responsive, making it very easy, and they were flexible with the details. As for the price, I thought it was very reasonable, and I rented the entire space, which I considered a good deal. The start of the day of the party was invaluable; they arrived early to set up, which allowed me to set up what I needed as well. My guest had really great interactions with the staff, and they truly loved the environment, the drinks, and I know they had fun talking with the bartenders, which made the experience worthwhile in my opinion. Thank you, 3 BR, for helping me celebrate some tremendous milestones in my life. If you need to book a private event, I would recommend checking out this place first and speaking with the staff. Ever since I found out about this place, I've been inviting friends and family to come check them out. You can grab a seat at the bar or there are tables and couches for groups. One of the things that make this distillery great is how versatile the space is. They have boardgames that you can play and have a BYOF (bring your own food) policy, so you can have food delivered there or bring in your own meals. They are also extremely active in the community and regularly host a variety of events and activities during the week. 3BR is constantly experimenting with creating new spirits and liqueurs and besides their normal menu, they also have a selection of cocktails that change seasonally. Their current spring rotation is filled with several excellent crafted cocktails. You can tell the staff here have a lot of pride in their products and they will be more than happy to talk to you about the distilling process and what they have been working on. If it's your first time, I highly recommend a tasting flight to see which of their spirits you like. You really can't go wrong with most of the drinks on the menu, though! read more

After coming to 3BR many times I am finally writing this review. To start the owners, Max and Alex are the nicest people you will meet and can only want them to succeed that much more. The drinks are both creative and reasonably priced. The creativity is at a level you would find at any NYC cocktail bar. The spirits they use are original and carefully made in house. The bartenders are friendly, engaging, and always conversational. 3BR hosted a family party yesterday and man they pumped out drinks and conversed and felt like they were a part of the bash. I was drawn to try this distilery thanks to a number of my fellow Yelp Elites raving about it; highly rating added to the allure. What I didn't expect - and should have read about ahead of our visit - was the interior and overall ambiance. Whilst it's being advertised as a soviet kitsch, under current geopolitical circumstances-and coming myself from a post-soviet country-I did not fully get to appreciate or enjoy it. You can tell the place is industrial enough to "allow" various random decorations following a particular theme. And we were very fortunate to be actually served by the owner himself,telling us a bit of a background story (of his grandparent's recipe and how the pea vodka is still being made here following that tradition),so my initial cultural shock got alleviated-even more so after trying the cocktails that we ordered,which were super flavorful and unique (you won't get these anywhere else!). What a cool spot, 3BR has some really unique liquors that will change up your cocktail nights. Their distillery is really nice with lots of seating and tons of events like love music. They even let us know if we did not like something because they experiment with their flavors that we could send it back and try something else. I thought that was cool. I recently had the pleasure of attending a Networking & Fundraiser Event at 3BR Distillery, hosted by the wonderful Jackie Berman of LegalShield. Free street parking was right outside, so I lucked out. The spacious venue offers the perfect setting for large networking gatherings and business events. As I walked in, I couldn't help but notice the expansive bar stretching across the room, accompanied by a tantalizing array of cocktails. Vibes of the venue were lively and spacious, with a touch of Russian decor, carpets adorning the walls, and a mixture of comfy seats and lounge chairs tied into their industrious bar and dark walls. At the event, a team from Boombox USA brought their very entertaining portable boombox, blasting music to keep the chill vibes going throughout the night. The bar at 3BR has an innovative take on using QR Codes that line the bar to quickly place orders from your phone that get delivered right at your seat. I opted for Baba's Smoking Pipe, their Viski bourbon style take on an old fashion, with orange & wood bitters. I'd say it was a light cocktail, served with a big cube and orange peel, not too heavy on any one flavor note. Will certainly keep them in mind for more mixers and hope to see what other types of events they host. Could certainly see myself visiting for some local bands at a venue like this. So I'm a regular here and was able to host a surprise anniversary party here. I can't say how wonderful the staff was! Really worked above and beyond for my event! What a hidden gem in keyport! 3BR nails the theme, which is followed throughout. the branding and products here are clearly well thought out. next time i will buy some merch and a bottle or 2. they have drinks priced around $12 that are made with all of their spirits. you can seat yourself at any table or lounge area, and order directly through the app. i was lucky enough to get a guided tasting tour by Yulia who was well versed in the brand and products gave an outstanding guided tasting tour.
