Now the actual car itselt. it was giving me so much problems for a newly bought car. It wasn't new. It was obviously used, but I thought it would be able to have basic functions. I was wrong. At the point of January I had already bought the car in two times to get fixed and nothing. Now it's April and have bought it two more times since then and still nothing. I spoke to Ed, He was nice, but it kind of felt like I was bringing my car in to him to get fixed and it may be just sat there. It wasn't until I had a customer come up to me at my job and give me a recommendation, that I then told the shop to do to my car and when they did it, one problem was fixed. But now it's just one problem after the other, i'm at a point now whether there's so many things wrong with the car that it's actually dangerous to drive, I can't drive it on any main road. At this point, I'm just gonna wait for my six months to be up and just trade it in. The people there are very nice but they stop giving a damn after they sell the car. Just my take (:

Unfortunately, (fast forward almost 2 years later from my first visit in February 2024) I got into a horrific rear end car collision and my Accord ended up being totaled. I went back to the dealership & was looking to get something a little larger and lease rather than finance - so I was looking at the HRV (preferably the EX-L because I liked all the features & upgrades it came with). From the moment I stepped inside the dealership, I was greeted with the same warm atmosphere and friendly attitude that I experienced during my first visit & this time I had the pleasure of working with Sevi Marr as my sales representative. Not only was she extremely helpful and knowledgable about the different vehicles, she was extremely kind, patient, understanding, and honest as she worked relentlessly to make sure that she could work out the best deal she possibly could for me (even through multiple rounds of back and forth negotiations)! I definitely recommend her being your representative if she is in / available because she is truly second to none! Thanks to her & all of her hard work, I came out with a beautiful car that met all of my needs at an amazing price! The only drawback / warning I have about this place is that (both times), I was there for very long periods of time (so plan for a long day if you plan on coming here to get a car - either used or new)... but even that isn't such a major issue for me because I was able to take the day off from work (knowing the potential for how long the appointment could run) & I would rather the personal, careful, and attentive approach this dealership and its workers provide and having it take a bit more time rather than being rushed along, pushy, and treated like cattle like most car dealerships are.

I realized they added a warranty and wheel insurance into the payment without discussing with us. After about a haft hour we finally got the payment down to where I could live with. Should of just walked out. Iceing on the cake is when i got home looking over my contract i was charges 500 over the negotiated price of the car. I should of picked that up at the dealership.
