I was given a large sectional sofa from a friend that was still in very good condition. After the process of moving it into the house it needed some cleaning. I needed to schedule something as soon as possible because I had family coming to stay with us for the week. I asked for quotes through Yelp and 3D was one of the replies I received. The response was very quick and we were able to schedule the cleaning for the following day. He initially gave a time window of 2-4pm but called that morning to say he would be at the house by 1:10pm and sure enough he was right on time. He was very professional and even took before and after photos of the sofa to show the quality of the work. I would highly recommend 3D for all necessary cleaning services. I called 3D on Wednesday, 8/9/17, and set up an appt with the guy who answers the phone number listed on yelp. I needed to have my stairs steam cleaned after my window installers dragged in some mud and dirt. He was very flexible with his schedule and basically let me choose the date and time for my appt. I chose Saturday, 8/12/17 at 9:30 am. He asked me to text him all my information and include the date and time which I did. He replied and we were all set for Saturday. He quoted me $4/step. Saturday 9:30am came and went. Just before 10:00am I called to check in and left a voicemail. I received no call back. I then texted that he could just cancel and I would find another company. So basically this company was a no show and never called to cancel or apologize or anything. The dude could have called me and said his mom died for all I care. Just an incredible job! Hands-down - Rob removed stains that I thought were impossible to remove. Looked at his yelp reviews -5 stars- and gave him a jingle a few months ago for furniture cleaning and then just called him again a couple days ago for a stubborn coffee stain on light carpet that I thought it would need to be replaced! Previously, Rob cleaned microfiber upholstery that was just ready to be tossed. I won't go into the particulars; however, after he cleaned the sofa and chair , they looked brand new and remain that way after four months! Three dogs and a bunch of people and cause havoc! He cleaned the entire carpet after removing the coffee stain and this older carpet is sparkling and looks great! Next week, Rob is going to tackle a real challenge with coffee and unknown stains in the master bedroom. May the force be with him! I know he's going to do a great job!
