When you schedule service online, you don't know exactly what your carpet needs. My technician recommended a 'scrubbing' and yes, that added a bit to the cost, but the carpet came out beautiful! There were a LOT of spots in the bedroom, and they are gone. My technician also used three different processes on an old wine stain on a mattress and, even though it's not completely removed, the mattress is now clean and sanitized. Great job! read more

Just had my mattress and headboard cleaned along with my carpet in all my bedrooms and stairs. Purchased a pre-construction home and when we moved in a couple of days ago we noticed a large amount of dust in the air. When he had not arrived, or called to say he would be late by 2:30, I called him (twice) but his voice mail box was full and not accepting any messages. I went to Yelp, where I'd had my first 'communication' with him; and left a note. He did not respond. Showed up on time and gave me an estimate for my 6 bedroom house. Deep cleaning (shampoo) and steam cleaning of all 6 bedrooms, loft and stairs came out less than what I paid just to have it steam cleaned in the past. Where can I start. Honest, hard working, experienced and affordable company with great service. My floor was in a Need-To-Replace state beyond any possible cleaning solution. This guys came and spent 3 hours working nonstop on the floor and made it look really good. Days later the floor got stained badly so I contacted Rob and he came back without me needing to call him everyday like it usually happens and redid everything from scratch but this time adding a sealing coating for that not to happen once more and I got my almost new looking floor again.
