I've been going here for a few months and had an amazing lady named Christina. The last few times I've gone she wasn't there and the service was so completely terrible. The first time the man cut off my nails and left them uneven when I asked him to make them even he got up and walked away. Another person had to come fix my nails. Then I went less than a week ago for a fill in and was charged 27 dollars before tip and 3 of my nails have the gel already broken off. I'm so disappointed. read more

I used to love this place. Not a long wait the people are nice. I usually go with my daughter but this time I did not. She was doimg fine until she started buffing my nails and she nicked my cuticle with no apology. What I excuse the first time because I understand it happens. But after the third time and more blood I had to let her know that I did not plan to pay her full price because she hurt me and did not seem to care. This was my main salon but as of late, myy main quips about this salon is when you get a pedicure, they burn you with the towels which really hurts after your legs have been exfoliated. Also, one of the nail techs damaged my nail by scraping off a no-chip manicure before the acetone had a chance to take effect. AND, another one of the nail techs KNOWINGLY applied the wrong no-chip color (I didn't get it corrected because he would've had to scrape off the color to redo it-not risking that damage again), and the last no-chip I got started chipping like crazy after a little over a week. Mind you, the nail tech (Kevin) suspected he had a bad/old bottle of polish and still tried to make it work. This is by far the rudest salon I've been to. They never say hi when you come in just sign in and sometimes they don't even tell you that! I've been three times and 2 of the three I've walked out not full serviced. If Gigi wasn't so good with eyebrows I would never come again but this may be the last straw. read more

DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! They have the absolute worst customer service ever, and their gel nails are horrendous. They are extremely thick, wide, and they rush you. If you have any complaints, they don't care. They specifically told me that they " don't care about what the customer wants". There is a lady there with glasses who also does eyebrows, and she does not know how to do eyebrows. You will be extremely disappointed. Each time I went there, they cut my skin from doing a careless job and my fingers bled. No apologies either time. They are extremely unsanitary and rude. For starters I have been coming to this nail salon for two years so I usually make appointments so this visit I made an appointment the day before so that I wouldn't sit there 5 hours because their service already takes the longest time ever, but anyway he confirmed that I was in, I get there and he has no recollection of the appointment and wants me to wait because their are 4 or 5 people ahead of me smh. I explained to him that I couldn't and proceed to make a new appointment for 3 that same day, when I return at 3:00 it's the same thing, now I want to act a fool but I refrain as I will not be returning to this Nail Salon ever after today and I have been coming here exclusively for two years now smh. I love the atmosphere here. Very relaxing. My favorite technician is Jenny. She is very efficient and she does a great job every time. The waxing technician is very good as well. What I like about the waxing here is that everyone did not try to wax. There is one lady and she is good at it. read more

If i could give zero stars I would!!! This place is disgusting!! I went in there on one Sunday and they were crowded so there was a wait(which I had no problem doing) But they rushed through my no chip mani (which did chip and crack after a week) and pedi so they could serve as many customers as they could before they closed. Then I noticed that while preparing pedicure water for a customer that the "nail tech" didn't even bother cleaning the foot spa behind the last customer!!! I wanted to throw up!! Got a no chip manicure for 35$ w/white tips and they turned black in 4 days. I went back that Saturday and they fixed them for free but tried to tell me that they turned black because I didn't use gloves while cleaning. (I didn't clean or use chemicals on anything). Even if I did... For $35 I can't clean? Wow. Then I went back today and told the lady to take it off and I would try a different color. She was so rude and rough. She scraped off the no chip with a metal tool and then files my nail till it burned. My nails ended up thin and hurt like hell. Not to mention she made me bleed with the cuticle clippers. Then she was talking about me and laughing at me in her language. (may not speak the language but I'm not stupid). After I washed my hands I decided I didn't want her touching me anymore. She charged me $15 for that Crap. I went down the street to Generation Nail and Jennifer did a slammin job on my nails. She did a no chip for Super cheap after hearing my story and told me that my nails shouldn't have turned black no matter what. She said it was their polish. I'll never go back to 3D and neither will any of my friends that used to frequent the place every week. read more

Went one time and will not go again. The lady had an attitude. she took out cuticle trimmers that were wrapped / sterile then when I wasn't looking put them back in her drawer and reached for something else. They were already used clippers which she proceeded to spray w alcohol. I had to ask her to use the sterile ones she had originally taken out. At that point, I feared for my heath and asked to just have a clear coat and left. Really weird. I will keep driving to villa nail salon in oak lawn, lesson learned. read more

I drove around here the day before thanksgiving looking for a quick nail fix. I saw this place was open and went in. I loved the vibe here. The place was clean, had soothing music. The owner was super nice and welcoming. I was amazed by their huge selection of nail colors. I got my nails done by Chi and she was the most meticulous nail designer. She really takes her time and always takes a step back to assess her work. A sign that she takes great pride in her work. I don't get nail stylists like that ever. She reminds me of the nail stylists in Japan. Dudettes, I've never been more happier with the way my nails turned out. A surprise to find this place in river green park. read more

i went here with my friend today. i sat down and several employees came over and stared at my nails while talking about them. i asked for acrylic nails, idk what i got to be honest. i had gotten no chip dipped nails a few weeks before, and i had asked to get them off. the man who did my nails used the tool thing to get my nails off, but he put the tool way too close to my skin and made me bleed, several times. he didn't seem to care that i was in pain, he just continued on with my manicure. he put on some polish thin that got into my cuts and BURNED! then he switched places with the woman who was doing my friends nails and continued the lady continued to do the job. she was very aggressive with my hand. she told me to go wash my hands and when i came back the man who was originally doing my nails was back in the chair. he cut me several more times. he never even completely took off my no chip, he just painted over it and charged me for acrylics. i felt that they didn't really care about my overall experience. i felt rushed to pick a color, and i felt as if they were annoyed that i was even there. i will not be returning because i felt under appreciated. the woman continuously mumbled, and the man seemed annoyed when i didn't understand what he was saying. my cuticles are now covered in blood and look disgusting. the place looked unorganized and cluttered. my nails now smell like metal, i don't know why, they just do. there were several times when the man doing my nails got up and left for a while. when i dropped my bag on the ground, the man just looked disappointed. don't come here if you want to enjoy the experience of getting your nails done. read more

I went to this salon with my friend. We both manicures and pedicures, she also had no-chip manicure removed. The man (David) that did her pedicure did a good job, but when he romoved her no chip manicure the process he used was horrible.It took him 2 hours to do somethng that should only take half an hour. and pulling them off. This was quite painful and asked her to stop. The lady that did my manicure was cutting my cuticles and pulling them off. This was quite painful and asked her to stop. I had to ask her three times because it was hurting me. Then she started talking in a foreign language and laughing. I didn't tip her so she rushed me through the polishing of my nals,.and left. She didn't even help me to the dryer and my fingers hurt today, and David did the same thing to my friend. These people are only in business to get money, they don;t even care about customers feelings. So go here at your own risk. The deluxe manicure and pedicure was no diffrent from a regular one at other salons. I will be telling all of my friends to stay away from this place. Used to quality sefvice. read more

This establishments' customer service was disgusting and racially driven... I Was already weary of getting services done here, but due to an emergency, I needed a pedicure bad, the place reeked of smoke and poor courtesy when it came to my needs. I am am in the customer service industry myself and I was horrified in the lack of respect I received when paying my hard earned money to get pampered, the service was rushed and claimed to be "illiterate" when I asked concerning questions due to the time my pedicure was done and when I asked for management no one "Acknowledged"my demand to see a manager, everyone was " busy" but only 2 customers present, I will never be back and all they" understood was my $$$. I have been in this nail salon at least 10 times since they opened. As many other customers have stated already... in the beginning their customer service was wonderful but it has most definitely changed for the worst. Today I got the shock of my life after waiting for 20 mins when a nail technician decided to take some teenage girl who just walked in without an appointment ahead of me!!! And no...this was not some mistake... Apparently she deserved service before me because she wanted a full set while I was just there for a regular manicure! Staff member told me someone else would take me shortly... Then while waiting another customer stood up and declared that she had been waiting 2 hours already for an appointment she made prior to coming in and that she could not wait any longer. She asked if someone else could do her nails. After another 5 mins I figured that if this place had so little regard for their customers then why waste my time and money?! I got up and explained that I believed that service should be 1st come, 1st served then I crossed my name off their list and left...I will never be back again! read more

I've been going here since they first open and it used to be my favorite nail shop in the neighborhood. However, they've changed a bit like everything nowadays. If you don't not get the deluxe pedicure package they do a half job on you. I have went plenty of times to draw this conclusion so this is not based off one experience. Also they speak with each other about asking their current customer if they're gonna get the deluxe as if they are passing judgement on a person's appearance if they think they will get the deluxe package or not. Nonetheless, the whole deluxe package thing is more stressful than taking a taxi and trying to figure out how much you are gonna tip them while they stare at you. Whether I am getting the super deluxe package or a basic pedicure YOU SHOULD STILL DO A GOOD JOB! People who get pedi's on a regular do not need deluxe treatment all the time but they still deserve a good pedicure. Additionally, I just went there this past Saturday and got a pedi/mani and my cuticle looks like I haven't had a manicure at all. The lady did a quick mess on me and I am totally disappointed and will not be returning. I've given them enough of my money. read more

This was my first and LAST time at this nail salon. I decided to try them out because my usual nail tech was booked and my friend gave them rave reviews. Well, no one greeted you when we walked in. We simply put our names on a list; OK fine. Then we had to wait an hour to get into a pedicure bowl. My bowl was dirty and when I requested it be cleaned, the man simply dunked the towel in the standing water that filled the dirty tub, wiped the bowl down with that towel and began to run more water. I stopped him and asked why was there no cleaner used and I just stated that my bowl was dirty. I should've left then but I stuck it out because I had already waited an hour. Once cleaned, my water was ran and I STILL waited another 30 minutes on top of the hour. Finally my toes were done. Everything was going fine with my nails until the tech began to paint my nails. I advised that this was not the color I choose so he went and consulted with another employee and they cam back with what they tries to pass off as my color choice (FAR from what I chose). They tried to tell me that it was the color I chose and I stated that if it turned out incorrect I would be back to get the issue corrected. They then got very loud and began to hassle me like I insulted their mother or something. I was demanded to chose another color and when I refused the nail tech (David) proceeded to shut his station down and left me sitting there with unfinished nails. Needless to say, I walked out and will never go there again. I wouldn't even take anyone there if they needed a ride! Service is TERRIBLE!!!!! Run away! read more
