I got a different artist from my last visit who was wonder. My eyebrows look great!!!!

I went asking for a clean up of my eyebrow a with thread. I've been here a few times, and I have to say she's not the best at shaping unless you are getting a new brow shape. If you ask for a cleanup, she leaves too much hair and doesn't really give you the clean crisp look that threading typically gives. Also, she's kind of rough lol. She will push your head in the direction she wants it to move while completing the service. She's a nice lady overall, but I've had better brow services at other threading establishments. read more

Quick service and affordable price, there is usually not a wait. Don't forget to ask for the cooling gel after your threading it really helps sooth the brows. I will be back monthly. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I showed my free eyebrow card and the lady working today said she couldn't honor it because it didn't have a date next to the signature. I have been patronizing this shop for over 10yrs. This woman debated with me and advised what should have been done as though me the customer is responsible for the neglect of the employees. Been going here for a year +. The last two visits, too much brow removed after saying "clean up only"! Last visit, brows were done too thin and crooked. Plus they charged extra for using a credit card. No signage. No warning. The up charge was high: $2 on a $10 service. Whaaaaat?? read more

Binni did an amazing job on my brows and lashes. Her threading work is fantastic, got my brows and upper lip done. Also got tint for my brows along with a lash lift. For those who've never had a lash lift, it's basically an eyelash perm. There can be some burning/stinging as there's chemicals being applied to achieve the curl. This was my first experience with the procedure. You'll have to sit in a chair with your eyes kept closed for the duration, about 45 minutes. If you wear contacts, don't wear them for this. Walk-in Experience - SO........I went on Sunday to get my brow cleaned about an hour prior to closing with one additional customer was in shop. She sat me in her chair and began torturing me! I asked to just have the brows cleaned. She proceeded to thread/cut me!!! Literally was bleeding and she acted as though she couldn't care any less. She was NOT apologetic AT ALL just blotted my bleeding brow and moved on as though I was an animal (not even, they were treated better than I was that day). I winced and and had her stop to see if she would would notice/acknowledge the issue, but she seemed bothered/rushed/annoyed by my action. I am not the type of person to confront/complain about these kind of things, but it is super annoying having to explain these HORRIBLE scabs on my face to others. I was charged the complete amount (and even tipped more that I should of, again I am not that type of person), but not a recommendable experience/location FOR SURE! I have gone in to Binni's Browbar twice now during my lunch break and have been welcomed by Nikky. She is so nice! I am in and out, no waiting, she is quick, makes me feel comfortable, and my eyebrows look great! I went there to get my eyebrows threaded and was recommended threading over wax as the results would last longer (it hasn't). The salon was quiet and peaceful but I waited about 30 minutes without really being acknowledged. The shaping of my eyebrow was nice but the actual threading was horrible. The thread broke multiple times and my skin was pinched which caused bleeding. The following days the area around my eyebrows was sore and stung. Multiple scabs formed and there were stray hairs everywhere! It didn't even look like I got my eyebrows done. I had to sit in front of the mirror and pluck out everything myself for a clean look. Not worth the money or the pain. I have done threading before and it had never been that painful or rushed. read more

I do not recommend this place. Binni informed me she uses a special glue for lashes different from Seva. However, the quality was not the same. My lashes were falling apart after paying $40 to have them done. Whereas, she also tried to charge $35 for strip lashes. She did have a lot of people come i for eyebrow only. So maybe she is good at that. read more
