I sent over an email on Wednesday, called to set up a drop off time on Thursday, dropped the items off Friday (we ordered our own garments) , and they were ready for pick up on Tuesday (yesterday). The process was seamless. He is very knowledgeable about his business. He recommended certain changes and they were spot on. We sent him the svg file and he was able to digitize it for the embroidery machine. We had a variety of garments embroidered, and they all look great! The stitch work is exceptional. The shop is a quaint little space off of Clayton Road. There is street and lot parking available. You do have a flight of stairs to get to him. Definitely worth every step lol. From the moment you elk in, you can see for yourself his work. From delicate doilies to leather motorcycle gear- the embroidery is top notch. He is closed on Sundays and Mondays. He opens at 11am.
