I don't get why you just don't do what the customer wants, the old owners never did that, they did it right then and there. They ended up doing just a regular wash but it wasn't even that good of a job either, i had to wipe it down extra when i got home since there was still a bunch of dust and residue left over. i should have just done it myself. What happened to the $700 online, the $999 on the wall? That $1,499 price was including a 50 percent discount for being a return customer!!! The high estimate for better paint was $1, 844. But, the old saying you get what you pay for applies. I did the highest estimate. They are still the cheapest in town. It took 5 days to complete the paint job. The sales people were nice. The lobby really needs a complete make over even for a car place. I hope the paint lasts 5 yrs. That's how long the last paint job lasted.

I like the fact that the service takes place while you stay in your vehicle. The team there appears to be well trained and knowledgeable. I was a little put off by the numerous upsells they continued to propose while I waited for them to complete the work. Also, they are not cheap. Actually they are more expensive than having the dealership change my oil AND rotate my tires. However, they do the job in 15 minutes, vs 2 hours at the dealership. Finally, later in the day, I noticed a drop of oil on my driveway. Thinking this may have been an incidental bit of oil they failed to wipe down, I didn't give it much thought. However several days later, I found oil stains all over my driveway. I returned to Valvoline Express Care, fully prepared for them to disown responsibility for the oil leak. I was pleasantly pleased when the gentleman who I believe was the manager, immediately checked it out and said that when I had been there previously, they accidentally cracked the seal on the oil plug when they were tightening it up. In 10 minutes they repaired it and sent me on my way. So, points for acknowledging their error, and taking responsibility and repairing it. I understand there are frequently coupons available, and other promos that reduce the cost of the service. I suspect I will return if I can find a discount in the future.

I went left, parked and raised my frustration regarding that. This second girl was apologetic and explained that nothing was on my car so that's why they didnt know I was for detail. I guess thats a standard because how would she know what is and is not on my car when she never saw it. She attempted to help me, but ultimately more miscommunication and i was charged incorrectly. The first girl who wouldn't let me turn right came over to refund and charge me. Didn't care for her attitude nor her lack of apology. Work somewhere else if thats how you interact with people. Had to point out multiple spots that were missed during my wash and detail as well.
