Instead I sat waiting for 3 hours, largely ignored by staff. When I finally expressed my frustration, the service person shut down completely and stopped engaging with me. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. For over a decade I drove out of my way to give this dealership my business, and I was genuinely planning to buy my next car here. Not anymore. It was absolutely beautiful. There was probably five or six salesman standing there. One young man walked up to me and asked me if I needed help. When I was finished we just had the most heartfelt talk. He was so kind and so comforting. Having just lost a partner 26 years. It's been a very tough time. If you can, avoid this dealership at all cost. They will screw you over from the beginning all the way to the end. Not only did they take advantage with unnecessary add ons when I leased a vehicle, offered a tire alignment when it was completely unnecessary, but they also have been completely unprofessional while trying to get refunds for cancelled warranties. I've called for the past two months requesting necessary information, requesting to speak to multiple managers and they've yet to contact me back. This is such a frustrating time and you'd think that they would at-least communicate. People complain about trusting the dealership, but you can't go wrong with the quality of work these folks do for you and other customers, especially when they all had to adapt during the COVID era as well! Nowadays, they take video of what is actually wrong with your vehicle and email it or text it straight to you! They have appointments for people who want to schedule ahead of time and/or they have their regular drive in/walk in options as well. Their waiting lobby is so damn cool because sometimes they have vending and free snacks like donuts and coffee, cappuccino and espresso for you while you wait. There's a ton of comfortable seating, electrical outlets for charging your phones, flatscreen TVs to watch something all while you're waiting for your vehicle! While I do find this dealership convenient, my experience here today was not. I initially contacted the dealership regarding a recall on my car and was immediately offered an appointment for the next day. I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted by one of the employees. She was very nice, but then I met with my advisor who was not as friendly, he didn't even introduce himself, which I feel is basic customer service when interacting with customers. After receiving my paperwork and being told that it would take a few hours for my car, I stayed around the office expecting the wait to not be long and for the text updates that they use for communication to be on point. However, I found myself waiting in their lobby for 4 hours, no updates on my car, and it wasn't until I got up to speak to the front desk associate to actually get some answers. I never saw or spoke with my service advisor after the initial interaction, they held my car from 1pm until 7pm, closing time, and when I did call, I was met with one of the associates telling me that I couldn't come pick up my car until the next day, while someone who was not my advisor finally texted me and told me that my car was ready to go. My frustration comes from the lack of communication and the below average customer service. I come here for all things regarding my car, I even purchased my car with this dealership, I don't expect perfection, but some things can be improved with this dealership forsure. read more

I had a horrible experience at Fletcher Jones Toyota. My Toyota Mirai was dropped off by the ToyotaCare roadside assistance team Sunday night due to a rear flat tire. This morning, I came in to provide the keys and was immediately told by the service representative that they "do not service Mirais" because they supposedly had issues with them in the past. I explained that this was only for a tire replacement, yet he didn't even attempt to offer any options, assistance, or solutions. To make matters worse, there was no manager available because it was early in the morning, leaving me completely stuck without any help. I have never been to a dealership that refuses to service its own Toyota vehicle, especially for something as basic as a flat tire.
