1/5 stars I bought my first car here. I've been a loyal customer here since 2015, over 11 years, and this experience ended that loyalty for good. I came in for a simple one tire change with a 7am appointment. I was told on Saturday that the tire would already be set aside and the job would be quick. Instead I sat waiting for 3 hours, largely ignored by staff. When I finally expressed my frustration, the service person shut down completely and stopped engaging with me. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. For over a decade I drove out of my way to give this dealership my business, and I was genuinely planning to buy my next car here. Not anymore. If this is how a loyal, long term customer gets treated over one tire, I don't want to know how they'd handle anything bigger. Aloof is putting it kindly. Been going here since I was a teenager, even back before all the changes in people and building remodeling. Through the years and to this day; Mike, Tracy and Chris have been amazing! Everything from the communication and customer service is seriously top notch! People complain about trusting the dealership, but you can't go wrong with the quality of work these folks do for you and other customers, especially when they all had to adapt during the COVID era as well! Nowadays, they take video of what is actually wrong with your vehicle and email it or text it straight to you! They have appointments for people who want to schedule ahead of time and/or they have their regular drive in/walk in options as well. Their waiting lobby is so damn cool because sometimes they have vending and free snacks like donuts and coffee, cappuccino and espresso for you while you wait. There's a ton of comfortable seating, electrical outlets for charging your phones, flatscreen TVs to watch something all while you're waiting for your vehicle! So I ask another guy , and this guy I told him I wanted to trade my Camry 2012 and with out checking the Kelly blue book he said my car is only worth $2000dlrs ,he run my credit he did all the paper work and he said ok sing here and take the car ! lol so I told him how I'm not taking the car hight interest rate with a good credit I said no I'm not buying the car , so he got really mad he told he did all that work for nothing ! I had a horrible experience at Fletcher Jones Toyota. My Toyota Mirai was dropped off by the ToyotaCare roadside assistance team Sunday night due to a rear flat tire. This morning, I came in to provide the keys and was immediately told by the service representative that they "do not service Mirais" because they supposedly had issues with them in the past. I explained that this was only for a tire replacement, yet he didn't even attempt to offer any options, assistance, or solutions. To make matters worse, there was no manager available because it was early in the morning, leaving me completely stuck without any help. I have never been to a dealership that refuses to service its own Toyota vehicle, especially for something as basic as a flat tire. My last visit for an oil change was the best. Ikr? Who says that. Tracy Curry was my service advisor and made me feel like a person who needed their Tacoma serviced. No pressure to "add" services, or those threats that if you don't do this now, etc... Toyota is a reliable company and that's why I bought my Tacoma. I told her I knew already that new tires are in the near future, and if they had any sales, to please lmk. She said "absolutely". Mind you, I had no appointment, she took me in and I was out in an hour. As I was driving home, a service light came on, that was new. I immediately returned, it's almost closing time for them. Tracy came out and called Daniel Brice (her lead tech) and he offered to take it back to examine the truck. I went back in the lounge, within 30 minutes my truck was ready. Daniel said there was loose wiring that was sending a false warning, he fixed it, and said sorry. These things happen but nothing is damaged, and I'm ready to go now! I was in awe and truly grateful. All this with smiles, and great demeanors. I didn't sense any negative gestures or sighs being it's almost 6pm. This is a very (years) long overdue review, but after purchasing a car recently from Mazda of Orange it made me realize how great this Fletcher Jones location is. I had bought two cars previously from this location and the only reason I didn't go back for my newest purchase is because I moved a little further away and because I wanted a very specific car. Anyways, first off this dealership is very transparent in their pricing. What you see online is what you're getting, no pressured or required add ons. Second, we realized there was an issue with our key fob after we left with the second car we bought from them and they were very timely in resolving it and purchasing us a new one. One of our sales guy was named Moe, that I remember because he was so great. The other was too but I can't recall his name unfortunately. After being pressured and going through shady sales practices at Mazda, then inconveniently having to go back days later to sign missed paperwork on their end, then two months later getting my car repossessed (stolen) out of my driveway because Mazda purchased a car that didn't have a clean title, then them not prioritizing it and me having to resolve it myself I 100% will come back to Fletcher Jones in the future. I'm sorry for ever straying, I'll drive the extra distance and wait for my desired car to ensure I get the experience I had here from now on. read more

We agreed on 38k out the door for a basic Camry Hybrid and way later as I reviewed the contract they snuck in an extra $4k. I tried calling the finance mabager several times but he never calls back and is never available. I guesa I'm going to have to email the C-Suite about the matter. I'm not paying an extra $4k when we agreed on something less. P.S. Last I heard the giu that helped me is no longer with them. I already know this could be a challenging undertaking.
