The studio and the piercer's sanitation processes were top notch. The piercing process was as painless as possible and the communication throughout the entire process made it easy and comfortable. Even though I don't live close to this shop and there are other piercing studios nearby to me, I wanted to come to Rainbow Piercing to help me when I had an issue with my naval piercing because I knew I could trust them. Mason helped me again today when I couldn't get my navel piercing put back in. I had left my jewelry out for a week and I couldn't install it into the piercing by myself because the piercing had collapsed and trying to put the a piece in was painful, really tight, and dangerous to do by myself. They walked me through the process and were able to quickly and sanitarily install a piece into my piercing using a tapered tool. I had a lot of ideas, and she was extremely patient and accommodating as we went back and forth on styles. She even had me come in for a quick, in-person consultation beforehand, which was fantastic because it made collaborating and aligning our visions face-to-face so much easier. I walked in and picked a set of earrings and off to see Eric, who literally made it painless. He gave me post-care instructions, and asked that I come back in 8 weeks for a follow-up visit and to shorten the posts. We just shortened the posts and it's been great. I've followed their care instructions and have been very happy. If you need a place where they keep standards high to protect you as a client and make things easy, this is your place.
