In town over the holiday week and my teens had to have "Fried Chicken." We landed here, where the chicken looked amazing. It's in a perfect location, right on the corner, and is promoted as a sports bar. There are flat panels everywhere and plenty of options to sit. The waitress was adorable and helpful. We ordered chicken strips with fries, one fry made with pesto, their jumbo wings and a side salad. The salad was pretty plain, but it was fresh and tasty. It had tomato and cucumber with romaine. The chicken strips were fried with panko bread crumbs and were perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The wings came with 7 to an order and out were dipped in a sweet mango habanero sauce. Fries were served in cute wire baskets and were delicious. Btw. Its for 3 kings restaurant.. not 3 forks...Great new place! Located off the freeway on the corner of Brunswick and Sutton Way in Grass Valley. LOVE that they have several large TV screens to watch sport!s! It is a low key sports bar with a nice menu . Good for adults and kiddos. The menu is diversified...not just fried food. I ordered the chicken wings with 3 different ssuces...all delicious...especially the mango habanero wings! I also ordered the chicken strips snd fries to go for my friend...small fries and chicken was heavily breaded but my friend enjoyed them. They have specials during happy hour that is not listed on the website...see my photos. The location offers plenty of parking and at least 5 big screen tvs. Pool table as well. It's a very laid back place...good sliders and chicken wings. Good place for groups to enjoy food and sports. The place is very clean and new. The employee whose name is DESTINY Was friendly and attentive to all the patrons including me! What a great employee to have at the establishment! They have several beers on top and house wine. I appreciate that they were open at 8 pm on a Thursday night. This place has a full bar and lots of table seating - the only complaint is that the bathroom is shared by other businesses, and it's outside (you do need a code). The bathroom was clean, minus no seat covers, and someone had been smoking in there. The inside is clean, and our server, a blonde lady with cool tattoos, was so very sweet. Food came out hot and within about ten minutes. I had a bloodymary that was good as well. I got chicken wings that had my choice of three sauces - I did Korean, mango habanero, and hot honey. The hot honey was bomb, and the mango was good. The Korean was fine. The man got the pastrami, and Cajun fries both were tasty. If in the area we would be back. Prices are not cheap, but nothing is these days. The quality and volume were as expected for those peice points. Weekends, they have loaded bloodymarys... go check them out. read more

3kings? Should be called THREE RIP-OFFS lol. These prices r so inflated for trash food. All i remember is the fries were nasty and the chicken sandwich was as well and it was supposed to be good apparently. We originally went for the chicken strips and arrived at 12. They said the chicken strips weren't ready yet and would not be available... even though the business had been opened for an hour. Lol. I ordered a soda and it was 5.50 for one glass of soda. I have never seen prices that high for soda - not even at the airport. And the soda was flat as hell lol. We ordered the fried pickles as appetizer for $8. There were only 8 little pickle rounds lolol. It was $1 for each tiny little pickle chip!!! Insane!! Checked out 3Kings per a good friend's recommendation. Great food, great service, great ambience. I know how hard it is to run a business especially in food service. Kudos to these power-women for opening during such an economically unstable time. Avocado salad with cilantro lime vinaigrette: Delicious. Fresh. Savory. Large portion. Definitely will have this again. Fried Chicken Slider: I was surprised that it was made with chicken thigh. The flavor was great. I loved the crispiness. Totally would order this again but want to try other items on the menu first. FRIES (came with sliders): opted for the pesto fries. Though tossing it in pesto makes the fries soggy, flavor did not disappoint. Delicious. TO-GO: Greek Salad (asked to add grilled chicken) with Balsamic Vinaigrette: Got this salad for a friend. I'm assuming it was fantastic because he inhaled it. I kept asking him if it was good and he would just nod while stuffing his face. Great ambience. The service and the beer were great. The cheeseburger is awful. I mean seriously, why put it on the menu. God awful. The fries would have been good, am sure, if they were not over cooked, dark brown. What a gem! Great atmosphere, owners are extremely friendly, and the food was excellent! My husband ordered the Chicken Ceasar salad and I had the pulled pork street tacos. I seriously wish I had taken pictures! The presentation was nice. My husband enjoyed his salad. I really enjoyed the tacos! The pulled pork was smokey and flavorful. I was getting full, but I didn't want to waste a bite... they were that good! The red and green salsa provided enhanced the flavor. The hotdogs are delicious but should be priced differently. I just ordered lunch here for the first time and saw that they had three different types of hot dogs. Decided to try the Louisiana dog. It was delicious and the pineapple kimchi was killer. Definitely one of the better hotdogs I've had and was reminiscent of the "dirty water" dogs you can get at inner city hotdog carts. All three of the hotdogs are priced at 20 dollars and come with fries. The fries were OK, albeit a little soft for my liking. In my opinion 20 dollars for a really good hotdog and some ok fries is a little steep. For someone like me who isn't really that into fries, but would love to devour two of these gourmet dogs, an A La Carte option should be added. Seriously think about it. If you want to eat two hot dogs(most fully grown adults can eat two loaded hotdogs) you have to spend 40?! Add an A La Carte option for the hotdogs or maybe create a two hotdog meal where you can choose two different dogs with fries for 30$ This would entice me to make this a regular dining spot. Had a great time at Three Kings, an amazing new sports bar/cafe in Grass Valley. The menu features "Sliders" and chicken strips among other comfort food offerings. What stood out was the amazing cleanliness of the restaurant. There was not a spec of dirt anywhere. The food was hot and fresh and very enjoyable. The restaurant has a pub or sports bar vibe with large televisions and hot, fresh comfort foods. Our hostess Jack and the other owner (whose name I did not catch) were very friendly and attentive. We stopped in 3Kings on Saturday 2/3/24, what a treat!!! My husband & I finally tried this restaurant and everything about this place was awesome The staff (including the owner), the food was soooooo good!!! We most definitely will be going back to eat and to watch college football!! We shared their grilled cheese sandwich, onion rings and a bread bowl of claim chowder. Awesome!!!! Got there before anyone else to watch early football game. With less than 2 minutes left of a tight game they changed every tv in the joint to the Niners and Raiders late games. Didn't ask. Didn't care. Food is good but 23 bucks for a burger and soda is ridiculous. I understand the Niners and raiders take priority here but at least they could've given me a little tv in the corner for 5 minutes to finish the game. Never going back read more

I will never come back here. Waitress had a bad attitude, burger had a hair in it, ants were crawling on the table and it was overpriced. The hair was it for me. I tried eating the soggy fries, which the waitress got wrong, I ordered garlic fries- not regular but couldn't stomach the soggy fries after that. When she dropped the food off, she asked if we wanted ketchup, we said yes, never came back. Waitress didn't check on us after that. We left. Terrible. read more
