Stopped here from out of town for a quick bite and I'm glad we found it. We got the Nashville chicken sandwich and a patty melt - both were delicious. Fair warning, once you pick up your sandwich or burger to start eating you can't really put it down until you're done because it's so greasy, but that's probably part of what made it so good. The fries were perfect, too. You could tell they came from a real and fresh potato. I felt conflicted even making this review because I genuinely enjoy this place. The food is usually good, they do tend to be on the pinker side so I decided to order medium because even though I prefer steak rare... I dont prefer ground beef the same. Lunch today was DJ's Spicy Chicken Salad for me and the day's special burger with garlic parmesan fries for my spouse. Lunch was good and so was the service. I got a side salad with my sandwich. I'm always surprised by how good the side salads are. I could only eat half of the sandwich, but my husband devoured his entire meal and had a Belching Beaver IPA with it. I apologize ahead of time for this nasty review but... Service was quick right when we arrived. Table, high chair, beers... a few mins for waters and an order. I know we arrived during a rush but it took nearly 2 hours for our food to arrive! I ordered a veggie burger sub mushrooms with a salad. She ordered 2 hot dogs, side avocado, side veggie patty, side fried pickle chips. We had to go in and ask for our food. Then ask for our food to go. I asked for garlic parmesan fries with Kraut dog and got regular fries instead. Nashville chicken sandwich had no Nashville sauce on it as it was described on the menu. It tasted like burnt paprika. Regular fries were soggy. After bringing food., server did not check back until we were done. She was the only one working along with the bartender. It feels awkward to sit there and stare at wrong item that was served when rest of your food is getting cold and no server is in sight. Also.. I like dogs and like restaurants that allow us to bring dogs to eat.. but please.. If you are going to allow a puppy to lick your hand, do not serve food or drinks without washing your hands. Firstly, the fries are always excellent. Pro-tip is to leave the box open on your drive home if you order takeout-- that way the moisture escapes and the fries stay perfectly crispy. I often get the side salad as well, it's a=a pretty small portion that comes with some varied veggies and a side of your pick of tasty dressings-- ranch is my go-to. I always get the veggie burger as it is the only vegetarian option, despite a pretty ample menu. The veggie burger itself is OK. The brioche bun is good, but the bell peppers usually have a strange flavor so I leave them off. The burger itself is a bit bland and dry, it sucks all the moisture out of my mouth and I usually load it up with sauces in order for it to taste good. The garlic aioli is excellent and I recommend ordering an extra side for your fries. A solid place to order takeout from if you're in a pinch, the ambiance is too loud and bustling to have a conversation in and not many options for dietary restrictions, which is understandable for a place primarily focusing on burgers. read more

Kind of tired ambiance, furniture, fixtures. Staff did not greet with a smile, just said sit where you want, after 5 minutes came by to ask what we wanted, still no hello or warm greeting. Food was OK, chicken in both the chicken tacos and grilled chicken sandwich tasted like pre-prepared chicken chunks, bland flavoring. Grilled sourdough for sandwich was toasted, not grilled. Yam fires were soft, limp and tasteless. Despite web-site clearly saying every Wednesday after 5:30 is "$5 pint night", charged full price for beers and server and manager said the $5 pint night is only select Wed nights, and we need to check Instagram, not their website.
