Anne who oversees the service center and Courtney go out of their way to do a great job. They are busy for sure but it's worth the time to bring your vehicle service needs to them if you want the problem fixed and want a trust worthy repair shop. Always have good experience with the service advisors Brianne and Andy who are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend John Johnson

I have never been more disgusted with a dealership experience than I have been with Johnson Dodge…read more I brought my 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer in for a suspension issue and what followed was months of frustration, excuses, and wasted time. My vehicle spent over three months at the dealership, and despite multiple repair attempts, it was returned to me with the exact same issue it was originally brought in for. Even worse, it now has additional warning messages and problems that were not present before. As a customer, I was repeatedly assured that the problem had been diagnosed and repaired, only to find out that nothing had actually been resolved. After being without my vehicle for months, rearranging family plans, and dealing with constant inconvenience, I expected accountability and a genuine effort to make things right. Instead, I was met with poor communication and what felt like complete indifference to the hardship this situation caused. I am a father of four. Reliable transportation is not a luxury for my family--it is a necessity. The amount of stress and disruption this experience created was completely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, after all of this time and inconvenience, the dealership's offer to resolve the situation showed little regard for what my family and I had endured. What disgusts me most is that after months in their possession and countless opportunities to correct the problem, I was handed back a vehicle with the same unresolved issue and expected to accept it. That is not customer service. That is not standing behind your work. I trusted Johnson Dodge to do the right thing. Unfortunately, they completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership.

After not having much luck selling it on my own, I decided to contact a few different used car companies. After meeting with a few establishments that really did not impress or appeal to me at all, I finally found Cash for Cars Incorporated (also known as E Mecca Auto Sales). When I first called them they were very honest with me and told me exactly what I needed to do to sell my car. They didn't try to force me into anything and I didn't feel like I was being rushed or pressured at all. I was given a reasonable quote over the phone and when I finally came down to their lot, they came right out to my car and went over all the details with me step by step. They took their time with me and made me feel like I was their most important customer. The cash offer they made me on my truck was very reasonable and they gave me cash right on the spot! The whole process could not have been easier, and the majority of the time I spent there was spent just chatting with the guys on the lot. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and they all made me feel very welcome and appreciated. I know that selling a car can be a difficult and stressful thing to take care of, but the guys here make it simple and fun. I never thought I'd be able to sell my truck for cash on the same day, and I never thought it would have been as easy as it was. I will definitely do business with them again in the future, and I w ill be sure to tell my friends about it. I highly suggest Cash for Cars, and I am proud to be writing this review. If you need to sell your car, truck, van, or SUV and you want cash on the SAME day, this is the only place to go. Going anywhere else is just a waste of time and money. Rick M.

I got a great Expedition in outstanding condition, at a fair price [Carfax said it was $2G less than average price]. And I got a fair return on my Honda CRV trade-in. Despite this place being a very small dealer with no service facilities, they seem to get good vehicles and offer them up at good prices. I worked with Mike and also interacted with Art, the owner. Both were great to work with, no pressure, were patient and personable, and answered all my questions. And my mechanic just went over the vehicle I bought and gave it a total thumbs up on its mechanical condition. I'm stoked I got the vehicle I wanted in great shape, with a minimum of time and hassle. I was in and out of there in just a few hours. The whole buying experience was first rate and I would recommend checking this place out for your next used car. It was well worth the drive over the river. BTW, not sure where the San Francisco associated with my name came from. I'm in PA.

Tony Moretti greeted us in the parking lot as we were looking at a Jeep Cherokee. We decided to buy it and were informed the vehicle had an oil change and was maintenanced. When we test drove the car, I noticed only one key. I inquired about the second and Tony said that it was probably available but they wouldn't have it until the plates came in. He told us if they didn't, they would cut us a new one. Ok, no problem! Tony completed the lease agreement at their used lot and fortunately gave me a signed copy. He informed us of the Powertrain Warranty which was to be included. I'm glad he wrote it down on the lease! They did not have the ability to process the paperwork at their location so he drove us up to Johnson Dodge. At JD, they told us they couldn't get us in our price range so we increased our down payment as much as we could but it still wasn't enough to get us within budget. Strange, but it wasn't too bad, so be it. They had us sign off on the lease through a digital pad so the numbers weren't visible for us to see but the only change made from point A to point B was the increase in the down payment. When we left the lot, I noticed the maintenance message said the car needed an oil change. Maybe they forgot to reset the message? Fast forward two weeks. We received our first statement. I noticed the principal balance seemed rather high considering our down payment was a third of the cost. This prompted me to pull the paperwork from the dealership. To our surprise, they tacked on $3000 for the Powertrain Warranty!! What the...?! I immediately call them to find out the story. I spoke to Tom, who told me that the lender required us to purchase the warranty in order to approve us for the loan. He also claimed they wanted to charge an 8% interest rate, and in order to get a better rate, we had to purchase the warranty. That didn't make any sense so of course I confirm that information with the lender, which to no surprise, ended up being a total lie. If it was valid, why would they not have said something sooner? We called them out on it and faught tooth and nail to get them to fix the issue. They finally agreed to cut a check and pay down the balance but it would take a few weeks. Now I'm paying interest on the $3000! Finally, when the plates came in, we inquired about the key again. They told us there wasn't a second key and that we would have to pay $300 for it! Seriously??!! Not to mention, during the battle we kept addressing the oil change situation and they wouldn't even acknowledge it. Of course this was the least of my concerns. Since they were unwilling to help, I made a call to John Johnson himself to fill him in on our experience. Fortunately, he made it right. I went back in and they drew up a new loan, putting us back into our initial price range, and cut me the second key I was promised. At this point, I asked the girl in the service department if an oil change had ever been done to the car. She looked it up in the system and confirmed it did NOT. So I asked her if they did oil changes to the used cars. Her response was yes. So I asked if mine would be done too. She told me they have a coupon for a $20 oil change!! Seriously?!?! I'll go down the road and spend $40 for an oil change out of principle. So my advice to anyone reading this, go to the Honda dealership. PS I should mention they bribe people for reviews... hence all the "good" ratings. Don't be fooled. I was offered $50 to write a favorable review. Glad I waited.
