Visited to buy a cartridge as well as interest in a new TT. Had to wait on the only person that knew TT's as he was eating lunch. Not a big deal other than he seemed less than interested in helping as well as being quick to quote list prices. For this level of store, audiophile class, I expect list price...I also expect top tier service for top tier equipment and pricing. Called a couple times. No follow-up. Went to visit twice during lunch hour. Sign says open at 11:00. Both times the doors locked and no one came to open. Called and no one answered. After 15 minutes we left. Really sad to see such a nice store with service equal to Best Buy, maybe lower. read more

Not only do these guys really know audio equipment, they are fun. I was in the market for an amp, Luis & Johnny were very patient and helpful. I was in the store for about 3 hours and these guys were setting up various listening set ups so I could hear different amps. The time flew by very fast because I was having a great time. I love music, and these guys helped me find a great tube amp that I would not have tried without their guidance. This is a must if you are into audio gear. They have something that will fit every budget. The staff is super helpful and I will be visiting this place quite often. I'm happy that there is a place like this in town. They are knowledgeable and my experience here is much better than at Magnolia (Best Buy) or Modia... They do not try to push you to buy super expensive gear if that is not what you want. I told them my budget and they did not suggest anything that went over that budget.
