    HERCULES - PRESSED CHICKEN WRAP
    Daren R.

Only been to the 3Natives in Fort Lauderdale once before and noticed this recently opened Weston location next to a busy Publix. Upon entering, the strong emphasis on healthy eats was obvious with the large bags of whey or plant based protein lining the kitchen wall, which are additives for the shakes. Loved the small digital wall menu with simple description of shakes, bowls and sandwiches including pictures and prices. The cashier was friendly and chatty. Ordered the Hercules which is a hot gently pressed chicken breast wrap containing the following ingredients: spinach, purple cabbage, pico, croutons, parmesan and cheese with a side of caesar dressing - basically, it was a fresh salad in a wrap. The cost was $12.00, which was reasonable for the size of the wrap. The wrap was satisfying and a very healthy food option, although I should have asked to trade out the caesar dressing for creamy Italian. No outside patio, although two uncovered benches are positioned in front of the business. The bathroom was modern with the healthy theme continued, with a wall picture of a purple shake in a tropical background. Will return to try one of their bowls with the Nutella option.

This 3Natives shares its parking lot with a Publix so can get tight. I loved the healthy lifestyle that this franchise promotes. I ordered the Tuna Melt for $11.50 and it was very good. I may stop in for a protein shake soon.

One of the best açaí places in Weston. With Brazilian family, I can tell you this is QUALITY açaí a with the freshest ingredients. We had the Tequesta Bowl and the spirulina shake and both were amazing! We've been here once a week since they opened and they've been amazing!

Five months ago, a unique rock n' roll themed cafe The Bakers with a great back story, took over…read morethe All About Empanadas space and served pastry, coffee with a slim empanadas offering. Now, I noticed the All About Empanadas sign is affixed to the building and also imprinted on the front windows with a small "The Bakers" logo on the side. In my opinion, the interior lost its unique musical charm that set it aside from other cafes. The rock music banners, records and phonograph have vanished, although a new large wall mural exists with The Bakers logo. Confusion quickly set in and asked the cook what happened to the original concept. He advised that All About Empanadas will now be a collaboration with The Bakers. Came here today to spin a cool punk rock record of my choice but that no longer is an option, although still hungry. Ordered an Argentinian beef empanada from the new wall menu which now offers an extensive variety of empanadas. It was made fresh and was moist with full flavor. Sat for about ten minutes in the now common ambiance. Please bring back the original concept. Not sure if that will happen but I wish them luck.

Great new coffee spot that took over the Argentinean empanadas place. I tried the matcha latte and…read morethe dulce de leche Media Luna. Enjoyed both. Service was amazing and the vibes are all there. They've done a wonderful job with details and theme. They went with a chic rockers vibe and the band is called "The Bakers." They carried the theme creatively throughout which was well done. Not many places can bring the vibes, creativity and solid food and service. Looking forward to see how the menu expands and hoping to try their empanadas.
