Had a calcium score done on Monday and needed the results by Thursday for a cardiologist appointment I had already waited four months for. On Wednesday morning, I called and was told the results would be ready that afternoon. Since my office is across the street, I walked over -- no results. I went back Thursday morning and was again guaranteed they'd be ready that afternoon. Returned Thursday afternoon -- still nothing. I explained multiple times that my cardiologist appointment was 8 AM Friday morning and was reassured I would absolutely have the report in time. Friday morning, after being on hold for nearly an hour, I was told they were "working on it." I then went back in person and waited another 45 minutes just to speak with a manager. She finally admitted there was a technical issue delaying calcium score reports. My frustration is not only the delay itself, but the fact that nobody was honest with me all week while I continued wasting my time going back and forth and relying on repeated guarantees that were never fulfilled. Because of this, I missed an important cardiologist appointment that took four months to schedule. A simple honest explanation earlier in the week would have allowed me to reschedule appropriately instead of being repeatedly misled. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location based on my experience. read more

There is no honesty, was lied straight to my face multiple times. All the bad reviews are correct. Owner should be put under review by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I went to 3T Radiology and Research Center in 41st and Pine Tree drive for Radiology Service. Checking in was quick, and the waiting time and the process was fast as well. I just did a search for 3T just so I can see their operating hours, and saw they had less than four stars as an average review. I have been going there for years to get any kind of imaging you can imagine. I never waited long, I always felt like I was in good hands, I could leave with a copy of my imaging, and when I needed to pay out-of-pocket on something, the price was always reasonable. The specific location I use all the time is the one on Miami Beach. Anyway, after seeing the reviews, I really wanted to add my own long history of experience here because this place deserves close to five stars. Key is this was not a one time experience. My experience here was disappointing. I arrived on time for my 12 noon appointment for a cat scan. I expected a 10 minute wait, maybe even 15 minutes, but 1 hour?? Unacceptable. I wasn't feeling well as it was, hence the need for the scan. But they added to my discomfort. There was an elderly lady sitting in the waiting area before I arrived. I saw her get up and go to the counter a couple of times to ask when she would be seen, and each time, she was told it would be soon. She looked upset but went back to her seat. I didn't say anything until the hour was up. They told me I would be next. However, 3-4 gentlemen came after me, and all of them were seen, and they had already left before I was called. Guess what? My cat scan took 5 minutes, and I was out of there! So much for Care Quality here. read more

I was called the day before appt to confirm, I asked for any pre MRI instructions as Fasting?? She said NO, failed to mention the 1 hour plus wait after Injection of Dye, that Transfers thru the body. Waiting in a cold room , the tech said I could eat, but could not go outside to purchase food.... Reading all these bad reviews on waiting for Doctor Reports is also disappointing, I was told 72 hours for report. read more

Everything about my visit was exceptional--from scheduling the appointment to the actual MRI. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Patty, who performed my MRI, was absolutely excellent--professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. Carlos at the front desk was also fantastic--friendly, personable, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. There was no wait at all, and I was in and out in just 30 minutes. I was running late and the wonderful ladies at the front desk were so kind in assisting me on what could have been a very stressful day. It was my first MRI and the tech was so supportive and kind. The facility was clean and the MRI process was smooth and not stressful at all. There was a delay with the system and uploading my files so I had to come back to pick up my disk and they were efficient and friendly in helping me get what I needed. I highly recommend this location -- it's MUCH more reasonably priced than Mt Sinai (which is where my doctor originally referred me - Mt Sinai was $1500 - or $850 with insurance) 3T was simply my specialist co-pay. read more

I had a fabulous experience getting the MRI done for my injured knee. Was able to get an appointment next day (a 7pm evening appointment which was awesome), staff was amazing, tech was amazing, in and out in under an hour. Best of all they are very insurance friendly, my out of pocket was minimal. Location is great if you'd like to have a nice lunch or dinner after your appointment as well . I recently had to do an MRI and after doing some research opted to get it done at 3T Radiology. The individual at the front desk was very personable and the suite was clean and organized. I was asked to pay a $40 co-pay, and presented my card for payment without hesitation. I looked at my receipt at a later date, and saw an additional charge '$1.40 tax'. I was told that it's not really tax, its a service fee for using a credit card; I used a debit card. There is no signage posted anywhere that this service fee exists, and guess what, they DON'T accept cash...REALLY! While this may be legal...it's certainly unethical! Suffice it to say, I won't be returning there. read more

Arrived on time at 7:30 technician was late. Once i was in it was all fine, and the guy was attentive and nice. However it's been 10 days and i have still not received a report. Called them twice and twice i was told the report was ready "just waiting for the doctor's review" which would "be done today so check again tomorrow". And days later, nothing. Again this "today" promise happened twice. What's the point of doing an expensive exam and not getting a result. No results = zero stars. read more

My doctor called 3 times within 24 hours and did not receive my results, with no explanation. The facility was frigid and the machine was absurdly loud compared to others I've tried in the past. By far the most advanced imaging center in South Florida. Takes great care of our International Patients and I am happy to be sending my patients to them for 4 years now. On Oct. 11, 2024 I went to the Coconut Creek location and was charged a $10.00 co-pay. I was surprised because I was never charged that before. The clerk was sure she was correct and happily took my money. When I came home and called my insurance company they said I don't have a co-pay. It is now October 25th and I finally got ahold of someone regarding getting a refund. My choice is either a paper check or Zelle. I chose Zelle. She said it will take a week. Really? It's a good thing I checked with my insurance. I wonder how many other patients the clerk is pocketing their money too! Be careful!!!! I will switch to Akumin now. read more

Dr. Ebert is professional, kind, helpful. He is the best. However, we will not refer patients, because MRI tech. She is repulsive in and out, mannerless, unprofessional with lack of knowledge. She was shouting at the patient using words, crazy and stupid. The other MRI tech. a tall woman Ke... was giving angry looks at the patient, rolling her eyes, I already told you twice. In fact both the techs. d idn't know about orif with syndesmosis repair and understand that ankle fx is painful so it takes time for the patient to lie down in a prone position. read more

Trying to get an appointment took 2 months with this company, which was vital during the time as my doctor was trying to find out the reason for the inflammation at my breasts. We suspected early syndrome of cancer. Took another month for them to figure out if my insurance was covering the MRI. I have been informed that it was fully covered. Then I went to the the clinic, waited for 1,5 hours for the machine to be ready. A month later, I received a bill from insurance company. Apparently the RT Radiology have misinformed me. I have contacted them in regards to this matter and they did not even respond. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone, especially if you need a diagnosis for cancer or allergies. Terrible customer service. I received an MRI at the Coconut Creek location and was overcharged for a co-payment after telling them what the correct co-pay was supposed to be. When I got home and called my insurance co it was verified that I had overpaid. When I contacted this co I was told that I would either receive a check or my credit card would be credited. It has now been 6 weeks and after several calls, no refund. Their billing dept is impossible to reach and their office manager is hardly ever there to speak with. read more

The office is very disorganize and the contact person at the desk or telephone are impolite. I had an appointment at 4 pm and at 5pm I was still waiting for my test consultation. They sent me the wrong results. I had to call and let them know !!!!................... This place is great. Their people are great. The owner is great. They REALLY care. Unlike a lot of places in Miami, I've been very impressed with the willingness of the employees, as well as Dr Eber, himself (the owner and radiologist) to go far more than the extra mile to get me in, to think creatively, the resolve issues, to work with insurance, etc. These are people who really care.
