We were scheduled to receive services September 18th between 8a-12p. We had services completed on…read moreSeptember 18th Approximately 4:50pm. No communication that they were going to be late. I did called them 3x to see if they were still coming. When we asked Andy (technician) about discount for late installation, he stated it's not his call to make. September 22nd i called customer service and they called the shop. They couldn't do anything because the invoice had been entered. I did mentioned to the customer representative that we did bring it up to the technician but nothing was done. On top of everything we are being charged for recycling fee ($39.99) when they's nothing to be recycled. My car did not have a windshield on it . I am extremely disappointed.
