I found this company through Yelp projects, and I was immediately contacted and was provided information on pricing, availability and to essentially set an appointment . Gabriella was the nice young lady that arrived at my complex on time and sent me a few text keeping updated on her ETA prior to arriving. I gave her a bit of information on how I would like my little pup to look and what I was looking for in terms of style. If you have a Yorkie, you know their hair grows super fast! I did ask for her to cut him down as low as possible, keeping his face on the rounded side, she did exactly just that. During the appointment, she texted me a photo of a little scab that was on mu pups ear, to make me aware that was already there and not caused by her. I appreciate it that she took the time to do that, and I had already known about the scab. The appointmentby took about an hour and 15 minutes and when she was done, she alerted me via text. Payment was very simple, as they do accept Zelle. I was very pleased with the outcome, and judging from the look and the action of my pup, I knew he felt comfortable with Gabriella. I'll definitely be contacting them again for future appointment., 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Dookie's pet grooming.

Ernesto agreed to come down on the weekend, which is totally understandable because Miami traffic is horrendous. He showed up exactly on time as promised. He was super nice and my dogs loved him. He groomed them wonderfully and they smell like a million bucks. I couldn't be happier that Ernesto agreed to groom my babies. He provided such exquisite care and genuine love for them. When I returned to pick him up, she told me that I was going to have a problem with him. That he wouldn't sit still and eventually would bite someone. She told me that I needed to walk him and get toys and train him properly. My dog is the most affectionate, loving puppy I could ever have. It is the owner that needs the training. She is very condescending, arrogant, and rude to the customer. She basically told me to find a man that is stronger to groom and control my dog during grooming,. After all of this, she told me that she would bath him every two weeks and "train" him so he would not bite anyone. All for $45. She also informed me of her boarding services. No way in hell would I ever leave my dog with someone like that. How you have been able to stay in business is beyond me. She also sells bait and fishing supplies. Maybe that pays the bills. Stay away people if you love your pet.
