Very beautiful arrangements with higher quality flowers than other places. Their flowers last longer as well. You can go in for some premade arrangements, but they tend to sell out fast for occasions like valentines and Mother's Day so best to place an order beforehand to save you some panic. This will be my last time getting flowers from this business. I had ordered three days in advance over the phone for the "Lush Blooms" arrangement as shown on their website. I was able to have a smooth quick transaction. However, I had told the lady explicitly "no white flowers" three times and the flowers were for my mother's birthday. I had stated that white is a symbol of death in my culture. Any other color flowers are allowed, except for white. Upon receiving the flowers the day of the pick up, I had noticed two things. Firstly, the flowers looked old. At the end of each flower, they were changing to a wilting color. It looked sad. Secondly, there was two white flowers on the arrangement. It blows my mind how I specifically requested no white flowers and said it three times, yet I had two of them on the arrangement. If they can't understand instructions and basically wished death upon my mother's birthday, then I will no longer be coming back here. read more

I did not speak to you on the phone when I called to complain that my original delivery died. The woman I spoke to only offered me free delivery on another order. That is all. When I said that was insulting, only then did she offer a new arrangement, but she said "we cannot send you roses because we don't have enough". So that's when I agreed to the different arrangement. When I went to your website to check the price on it that day it was $109 for the replacement. Not "over $200", when I went to your site right now to look for it, the price is actually lower. It's "Truly Yours" which you are now selling for $100. What a bargain. The arrangement was watered daily, but the flowers still died fast in the foam. You can keep responding with lies if you want. Anyone reading this can see that you are totally disrespectful and refuse to accept blame for sending out bad flowers. An honest person would apologize, but instead you insist on making things worse by telling lies about conversations you weren't even a part of. Why don't you ask the employee who spoke to me? Flowers were unexciting...I ordered them online based on the picture provided on HK Flower's website. The pictures looked higher end and as if they took their time making the arrangement. The arrangement received looked sloppy and did not resemble the same delicate look that they advertised online. I have attached pictures of the online arrangement and the one we received. When I contacted them, they said they replaced flowers (which I understand happens due to seasons/availability) however the online version shows a more delicate arrangement and you cant just add large daisies and change the aesthetic of the piece. They offered a 10% discount for future orders but I will not be using them again. EDIT (in response to the business managers comment): Your website actually states the complete opposite as what you're saying. The style should NOT be changed and will remain the same. Here is what it says on your website.... "Occasionally, substitution of flowers, plants, or containers may occur due to local and seasonal availability. WE TAKE THE UTMOST CARE TO ENSURE THE SAME STYLE and color scheme of the arrangement is maintained using similar items of equal or greater value." It is extremely disappointing that you are trying to lie to make my review seem incorrect. For this reason, I have lowered my 2 star review to a 1 star review. read more

I found HK flowers when searching for a florist in the Canoga Park area. Specifically, i was looking for a local florist to send flowers to a dear friend who was recovering from major surgery. The HK website is what drew me in. The flower arrangements were beautiful and different (in a good way). Prices were also reasonable. Ordering flowers online through HK flowers was easy and straight forward. And, I got an email confirmation right away. After waiting a few hours for my order to be delivered (or at least get confirmation my order was going to be delivered), I called HK Flowers. Surprisingly no one answered. I left a voice message and still, nothing. Worried, I called a few more times and finally spoke to someone! Apparently there was a mixup that was quickly resolved and the flowers were delivered within the hour. Needless to say, I'm glad I called! In the end, my friend loved the flowers!
