Initially, he was pleasant with all of us, until he found out that I was not buying anything and only my nephew and brother was buying. From then on, he ignored me totally. He ignored me like I was a ghost. After paying for the purchased (about $3500), he said bye to my brother and his son. NOTHING to me, even when I said bye to him. My brother and my nephew also said they noticed that and felt weird. Apparently, if you don't buy anything, he ignores you totally. I am never buying here again, although I have spent about $6k in the past at this place.

I placed an online order, after reviewing my order summary I noticed I ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted the store. Mike one of the store's owners, provided excellent customer service by not just fixing my error but taking the time to talk to me about his store's collection. When I mentioned my goal of shopping small, he also shared that his store is involved in community service. We managed to pull a Rare (Mizora) and a Rare (Halsin) which was really cool from just buying two packs. They have other cool merch like pokemon, final fantasy, dnd, and even some anime stuff. Highly recommend checking this shop out and supporting local businesses! Great place to buy a gift for anyone. Prices are a bit more than retail but nothing too crazy. What was most frustrating is that several clothing lines and styles that are widely available in European H&M stores were not represented here at all. The selection felt too small and not very inspiring, especially if you are used to the broader variety, better seasonal collections, and more interesting pieces available in larger H&M locations. I hope this store expands its assortment in the future, because the location has good potential, but at the moment the shopping experience felt underwhelming.
