Made a stop for a much needed pedicure! Reviews seem to be all over the place with this business. You walk in to a very clean and modern facility. The pedicure stations are clean and the foot bowels are unique and fun. Rose sat me and gave me a few sample colors to flip through. I keep it simple and only do one color and save the fun designs for my hands. My pedicure was simple and I didn't expect more. Rose, although quiet, was very sweet and did a nice job. If your looking for some deep foot massage you would need to bump up your choice of pedicure options, which they have available. The chairs are massage chairs which I have a love/hate relationship with. I can't ever seem to set them to where I'm not getting pushed off the chair. That said, they were well maintained. Once your pedicure is done your brought over wearing your little foam flip flops to a cozy cute table where a fan blows them dry. Patience ladies. Rome was not built in a day and your nails don't dry in 1 minute, so stay put and write a Yelp review to pass the time. A standard pedicure is $25.00. I will add a photo of the menu and pricing options that they offer. Overall I would come back for another pedicure. No time today for a fill/no chip, but I will be back to give them a try to see how creative they are. I know.. everyone will be sitting on the edge of their seat waiting for that review. I was a walk-in appointment and only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. They had a nice selection of nail colors and I got almond shaped gel nails with gel polish! My nails came out so nice I was obsessed with them! They were sturdy and I only had one start to lift after 2 and a half weeks, but that only happened after a lot of cleaning and a softball game. I also got a pedicure that was nice & the massage chair was very relaxing! The only negative thing I would have to say would be how difficult it was to get the nails off afterwards. I tried to take them off myself but I ended up going to a different nail salon to get them removed and it took the nail tech nearly 45 minutes to get them off because of the thick layer of gel. New to the area this was a let down. No greeting or communication first 10 mins.There were abt 3 people waiting. After abt a 15 min wait a woman came out and out put all three of us at the bowls. So now we wait another 15 mins. I asked if they had diff types of pedicure she directed me to an app that just gives nail colors. Ok the guy that did my pedicure it was very basic, no massage, no oil down. I thought this place would have diff types of pedicures w diff treatments (pepperminr/sea salt etc) No. I asked the woman next to me how long she waited she said too long. Ok I came in w no chip leftover. I saw online that the pedicure was 40. He tells me mid thru that there is a fee to take off no chip of $5 Why was the bill $50? To top it off they are a cash only shop. Who walks around w cash, but they have a machine in the shop that I'm sure racked up an extra fee for withdrawal. No thanks I will not be back. they do well with social distancing & mask wearing, and are usually pretty friendly. kyra is the sweetest nail tech, and she makes my experience very comfortable. it's so nice to have conversation during my visit. minus 1 star only because they're a bit too pricey in comparison to other places. read more

One said she had terrible service, and the other said she waited so long she left (good for you, don't go back). I went into the shop today and showed the manager my nails that have chipped away and actually came off.......all this in "Less Than a Week." (I could not go back on Friday last week when it started Chipping, because I was ill). I simply asked if they would redo my nails, not my feet, only repeat my NOChip! I used to recommend this place for no chip manicure using either Donna or Amber, but for the last several months their work quality has greatly diminished. I actually think they are using tactics to get you to come back sooner or to Up-sell saying you should use gel. What motivated me write now is what happened during my last no-chip mani. The Friday before Mother's Day I got a no-chip mani. By Monday one nail chipped. I returned and Donna fixed for free but had an attitude. Then 5 days later on Wednesday I came back for another fix on my left hand, didn't want the attitude so I asked how much. Amber repaired and charged me $3. I gave $5. Then Thursday I came back with another chipped nail. I'm thinking wow.. what in The world but I didn't want to do the whole mani over so I went in and paid another $3. Then Thursday I came in to get another chip fixed and paid $3. So a week to the date Friday, i came in to get another chipped nail fixed after waiting almost an hour and a half, and paid them again. This was just 7 days from original mani. I had been in several times and paid. Last straw was when I left on Friday, I got in my car before I left the salon the nail that was fixed on Thursday chipped, the same nail that was fixed just the day before -- one day before. I was fuming... Patience totally out but I had to pick up my daughter so I left but called the owner to express my disappointment. He had an attitude and hung up on me... I later learned he had me on speaker phone so he was likely embarrassed. I returned 20 mins later to a long wait and then they tried to charge me again for the same nail. I refused payment so I looked at owner as to say I know you are not going to charge me for the nail I got fixed yesterday-- she just fixed this yesterday. I know it may not last 21 days as is claimed to be possible but it should last more than one day! And he said you can go then. I have been supporting this business for several years and was tipping about 30% or more each time. I was not doing any manual work or working in any water. So I'm pretty upset and felt mishandled after being a loyal customer. Further, when Donna was doing my repair, I timed how long she was letting my hand stay under the UV light. I cannot seem to find a quick, inexpensive nail salon in NWI that I totally love. 4 Seasons was conveniently located between who-knows-what and some other random errand on Indianapolis Blvd, so I stopped in for a quick no-chip mani on my way home. Yes, it was quick: about 20 minutes or so. Yes, it was inexpensive: $30 Wednesday special. But that's about all I can say about it. My nails weren't perfect, which kind of drives me nuts. I mean, if the only thing you do is nails, and if there aren't any other customers, and if I'm going to look at this manicure for like 3 weeks, I want it to be perfect. Also, I wasn't exactly thrilled when my nail technician wouldn't take no for an answer when she offered to wax my brows over and over. And over. I have super sensitive skin, no you can't wax it. I am not one to complain or bash people but I went to get my nails done today for my bridal shower and I had the WORST experience of my life! I have gotten my nails done SOOOO many times in the past and they have NEVER looked this bad.....The man who did my nails, for one, was so rough the my cuticle started bleeding, and for two, all of my nails were crooked, none of them were the same length, one side of the nails were slanted to the right and the other side were straight, there was gel stuck underneath them because he didn't clean them up. I asked them to fix them so the manager came up and said don't worry I'll fix them, by the time he was done they looked even worse. Yes, he did make the effort to fix them but they were even more crooked when he was done, they were no longer the shape I wanted them to be, I was very up happy about it, and he said he would take them off and re do them but he was going to charge me even more money because of the inconvenience to take them off! I proceeded to say that I shouldn't have to pay more for a terrible job cuz it wasn't my fault and he preceded to say it also wasn't his fault! I said just forget it, take them off I'm not paying for them. Then, the ENTIRE time, he was talking to the other workers in Chinese about it, you could tell cuz they kept turning their heads to look at me, I'm sitting there almost in tears because I was so upset and at one point he decided to make a joke about it, VERY unprofessional. I have never felt so disrespected, and just hurt in my life, I left in tears. I will never understand why people think it's okay to treat people that way. The pictures just do not do it justice on how bad they looked, but in person, any one could see it was a complete shit job. You can see from underneath that the nails on my left hand were much shorter than the nails on my right hand, you can see how shitty my cuticles looks and all the gel and glue stick under my nails. I've given this places so many chances but after my last experience I won't be going back. It's really hit-or-miss at Four Seasons. If you're lucky, you'll get Donna who is really the only one who can do a good polish. Unfortunately, I've gotten her when she was in a bad mood and that's no fun. All those non-verbals that moms are so good at passive-aggressively letting you know they aren't happy? Yep. Try feeling pampered when that's happening! I've gotten no-chips that haven't even lasted a solid week-twice. An apology or explanation would have been nice but instead I was met with annoyance when I brought it up. I've witnessed the staff speak poorly about customers once they left the shop who had gone in to complain about their acrylics or no chips not lasting. Four Seasons is inconsistent and paying $65 plus tip for a job that is sloppy/won't last/wasn't relaxing isn't worth it for me. I should have stopped going months ago. If you choose to patronize them anyway, may the odds be with you! read more

This was my first and last time here. I arrived with my daughter to get our nails and toes down. I noticed a sign that said they prefer cash payment, we turned around to leave but was told that they would accept credit card for payment. We stood but as we waited in the pedicure chair the water was cold and no soak soap. We where about 5 min from walking out but someone came over to do our toes. They left nail polish all around my toes that I had to remove when I got home. Once we where done, I was asked if I can take out the money from the ATM and they would reimburse the $2 transaction fee. I was furious but just wanted to get out of there. I never got my $2 and my bank charged me another $3 for using that ATM. We will not be back! read more

When this place first opened I loved it. It was better than most places in went to when I lived in Chicago. This was all due to the one nail Tech they had, Julie. I then had a baby and had not been in awhile, so when I went today to use a gift certificate I was given for my birthday last October, I found out things have declined. First, Julie is no longer there. Then I was told my gift certificate was not valid because it "expired" 3 weeks earlier. This was not a "groupon" or coupon, etc but full cash paid by my mother in law. Despite my protest that they cannot say it no longer has full value after 6 months...Despite federal law.. the owner said "sue me" and it was not his fault that I have had a baby and have not been able to make it in. AND I told them before they said they wouldn't accept the full value of my gift card that I was going to buy 2 more gift cards for teachers!! Bad business practices.. really really ride... I got a no-chip manicure and it was just a sloppy experience. The color I picked they came and said they didn't have it anymore. Not a huge deal. The manicure itself was ok. She was a little too rough and pulled my fingers a few times. I noticed she forgot to do the base coat and when I asked she said I didn't need it. Odd. And the paint job was just sloppy. The polish at the base of my nail by my cuticle is not even at all. There was polish on my finger tips as well that I had to pick off later. The massage with lotion was quick and rough. I have visited this nail salon several times in the past however, this last two experiences have caused me to find new nail salon home! I attempted to go for a polish change 3 separate times Monday, the wait was ridiculous. I returned Tuesday morning at 9:39 a.m., they open at 9:30 a.m. There were already 6 patrons receiving service. I signed my name on the sheet and had a seat to wait. I waited for 45 mins. In this time frame I was not greeted by any of the employees once. 2 people finished service so I was sure that I would be next. instead of greeting me or rendering service, the 2 free employees began to walk around the salon drinking water and engaging in conversation. This carried on for an additional 15 mins. By this time I had been waiting for 1 hour and still, no greeting from anyone! I finally decided to leave, the employees looked at me and still said nothing. While leaving, an older white lady walked in, 3 of the 6 employees greeted her and asked what she needed.
