She's incredibly talented, and her work has the best longevity of any nail technician I've ever been to. My nails always look amazing and last so well between appointments. One of the things I appreciate most is how hard she works to accommodate my schedule. She's professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about her clients. I've referred several friends to Tee over the years, and they all love her just as much as I do. She recently moved to B Nails, and I absolutely love the atmosphere there--it suits her perfectly, and she fits in so well with the team. If you're looking for a skilled, dependable nail technician who consistently delivers beautiful, long-lasting results, I can't recommend Tee enough!

I finally had the money to splurge on a mini spa day for me and my mother, but because we never get our nails done they cut SEVERAL steps out like trimming our cuticles, not having us wash our hands after the nail drilling, rushing our pedicures/foot massages that we paid a specific time/service for and then overcharging. I had set up an appointment two weeks in advance with specific services selected and when we got there 10 mins early like the site rules indicated (including confirming we would be there that same morning via text) they not only had no idea we were coming or bothered to look us up on their system for the services we requested. They must've realized I didn't exactly know how getting your nails done work because after I told them again what we wanted they went out of their way to confuse us about our choices and force additional services. Not to come off racist or anything, but with their heavy accents I was LOST when the lady kept trying to convince me I was wrong about what me and my mom wanted all the while carrying a condescending attitude. I could TELL they were snickering in Vietnamese so in spite I only spoke to my mom in our native language which visibly bothered them and I'm sure that contributed to the lack of quality work. I don't have a picture to show of the full gel set nails they did for me (this was a month ago and I forgot to make a review/get the ladies name down bc we were rushing to pack for vacation the next day), but to a newbie like me I thought they looked mostly okay, that is until my mom later told me they ended up cheating us of the quality services we overpaid for. My mom doesn't speak English well and they separated us after they rushed my moms pedicure to do her hand nails so she couldn't communicate to me they were doing us wrong until I had already paid/tipped. Overall if you know what you're doing it's not a bad place to go to, but if you're like me you will end up getting scammed for mediocre and lazy work so be very careful picking this location.

I ended up stopping my own pedicure because I was so disgusted and could no longer relax, which is what I came in to do. I left midway through my pedicure. As I paid, he loudly told me to "never come back," further humiliating me in front of other customers. What was supposed to be a fun mother-daughter outing turned into the most degrading nail salon visit I've ever had. This place lacks professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect for customers. Do not waste your time or money here. I wish I would've read the more recent reviews before driving 30 minutes to return here. I regret patronizing this place. Editing to add: Less than 3 hours after leaving the Polish has completely peeled off of my daughter's nails. I called the establishment and they told me to "come back in." I expressed I am uncomfortable with this after how I was treated earlier today and in response to that they hung up on me.
