I revisited Four Sisters again with my mom for a late lunch (4/29/26, visit 1of2). Same shared parking lot with the adjacent business. My initial visit was over nine years ago back in 2/4/17 when the restaurant was smaller. It's a great sign to see its longevity, posted local awards, and space expansion for additional seating. Interior seating choices available include booths or tables. Wait staff was pleasant and efficient handing us ice waters, menus, napkins, chopsticks, and flatware upon seating. Same pleasant interior with healthy plants and an aquarium. Menu items have expanded and also offers bubble tea. We shared a fresh roll with grilled pork and their tasty dipping sauce. Love the crunch and overall fresh composition. Mom had the seafood pho which arrived in a ginormous bowl and I opted for the steak and meatball pho in a smaller bowl. We shared the provided fresh bean sprouts, basil, and lime wedges, but passed on the sliced jalepenos. The broth was so on point, there was no need to adjust the seasoning. But if needed, there is a variety of additional condiments available at each table to customize one's bowls further. Entree servings and content are so generous, that we ended up packing up our leftover phos. I also bought an additional iced Vietnamese phin style coffee with condensed milk to go. That was nice, smooth, and hit the spot while waiting to board the ferry. Back again in under a week with my mom, but also in tow with The Homie (5/5/26, visit 2of2). This time our visit was much earlier in the day at 1030am, but during our visit the booths filled up with others dining onsite or getting orders to go. Very personable waitperson who also gave us ample time to consider menu options. We shared again the exact fresh roll with grilled pork - tasty, consistent, and generously filled. Mom had her ginormous bowl of seafood pho again and was happy to have all the fresh bean sprouts, basil, and lime wedge to herself. She had been fasting for an earlier doctor's appointment and labs, so she went to town and was focused on her pho. Again, chockful of shrimp, squid, imitation crab/surimi, and fish balls with onions, cilantro, plus that flavorful pho broth and noodles. The Homie was very happy to be able to order pork fried rice without the peas and carrots. Great presentation with the generous pork, scrambled egg throughout, and green onion. Despite earlier items consumed prior, he managed to eat half of the generous entree and had a considerable portion to take home. I tried their version of shaking beef with a scoop of steamed white rice, tender chunks of beef sauteed with sliced romaine, cilantro, green peppers, and onions in a garlic sauce. I did end up picking out the onions to add to the other entree of pork fried rice and separated the green peppers due to personal preference. I ate a few bites, and ended up taking the majority of it home. Again, just the sheer size of the generous serving provided. Worthy detour off of Hwy 303 in East Bremerton for consistent, flavorful menu items and on point customer service! Great dining experiences twice in under a week! 4 stars bumped up to five stars for these two recent visits. read more

They have the best fresh spring rolls here I've ever had. I tried my friends and was so impressed, I forgot to take a picture. That's the first I've ever done that. I will never again pass Four Sister's without stopping for some fresh pork spring rolls. It's a welcoming place with very friendly staff and servers. But, I'm all sbot the food and it would de a mistake passing here without trying the freash spring rolls. I know I'll never make that mistake. Well done Four Sisters. Stopped at 4 Sisters in Bremerton for a couple of fresh spring rolls to have at work today. Got a shrimp and a pork, bothe with extra meat cause your girl likes her protein they were SO good! What set them apart from other spring rolls I've had is the proportion of fresh veggies to noodle to meat was perfect annnnd they add a piece of rolled up fried egg roll wrapper in there that adds such a nice crunch! I won't be going anywhere else for my spring roll fix from now on. The service was very friendly as well. The portions were hearty and the flavors were good. Tastes homemade like it's straight out of grandma's kitchen. The feel of the interior reminded me a little of being back home in Hawaii. When we walked in they were not very busy, but a bunch of parties came in after us. The service was slow. I think they forgot about us and other folks food started coming out when hadn't even ordered yet. Luckily, once they take your order, it comes out pretty quickly. This was a little out of our way location wise so I'm not sure the overall experience was enough to frequent. The dumplings were tasty. You might notice the ambiance is missing something...and you might not notice because as you eat, your eyes are rolling up into your head from sheer deliciousness. Great food, friendly service. We walked into a crowded restaurant, which is a good sign. It was early evening so right in the middle of the dinner rush. We were seated quickly and the server took our drink order. I ordered the "V8" with an egg roll. My wife ordered the "V2". The food came reasonably quick and was fantastic. The flavor was spot on. Everything tasted fresh. As I mentioned, the place was packed and the two folks waiting were attentive to everyone. The service was great, we enjoyed the food, and I will be adding this one to my fav for this area. The ambiance was relaxing despite being busy. Hubby just moved to Bremerton and we were in a hunt for good pho restaurants near his new home. The pho here were really delicious, that we were so happy we may have found the SPOT for us. Noodles weren't soggy (that's a big no-no for me), broth was light and tasted home made. Now, I don't want to be the type to complain about having too much meat, but we felt that the fried egg rolls had too much meat. We're used to having more bean thread, black fungus, carrots, and cabbage in them. However, we think it'll be delicious with vermicelli noodles and lettuce wrap style. The fresh spring rolls caught us off guard with the crunchy brown stuff in it. We're assuming it's the fried egg roll wrap. However, it was still delicious. The service was amazing! We got greeted right away and checked on. The ambience reminded me of every Vietnamese restaurant with the fish tank and Asian decor. First time here, I called in a take out order, and the service was great. Offered to place the order later for me so that it was fresh ! I was 30 minutes away. They said it would only take 10 min- which is so quick! On top of the service, the food was awesome! I've struggled to find good Pho on the south sound area and this was amazing- it rivals some of my favorite spots on the other side of the bridge. 10/10 will only be going here from now on for my Pho cravings. Also, I tried the potstickers and egg rolls- both were good but the egg rolls were homemade you could tell and they were delicious! Cant rave about this place enough! read more

I was so excited about reviewing our 4 Sisters experience I forgot to talk about the food itself! To start, the tofu summer rolls - these were so different from any others that we've had at other restaurants in that the tofu was large pieces, not tiny pieces, and FRESHLY fried - as in the tofu was still warm when we ate it! It was sooo yummy!!! Then my husband's noodle salad dish was so delicious he was shoving it down and almost forgot to offer me some till then end. The tofu had great flavoring, the gyoza sauce (instead of fish sauce) was delicious and worked well with the dish, the pickled veggies were done right and had great flavor. But what stood out the most was the flavor of the tofu - most other places just throw in some tofu, maybe fry it, but don't flavor it. 4 Sisters cooked and flavored the tofu and it was delicious! That being said...when my husband offered me his food I didn't jump on trying it initially as my lemongrass tofu was SOOOOOOOO VERY GOOD!!! There was so much lemongrass, garlic, and onions and the flavoring was out of this world! When my husband finally got around to trying my dish his jaw dropped and he said that he understood why I wasn't rushing to try his dish and that while he loved his dish, my dish was even better and I agreed with a grin on my face! Lucky for him, I couldn't finish my food and he was able to take the leftovers to work for lunch the next day. Which is also when a co-worker of his smelled his food and asked where he got it from as she wanted to take her husband and mother-in-law there! I can't speak for the meat dishes, but if I were to guess (and in looking and drooling at other people's food), I would say all their dishes are equally great - definitely made me wish I wasn't vegan but given our dishes, we're still more than happy with our options, just wish we had tried this place sooner but at least we found it so I can't complain! Quick to seat people, servers visit often but not too often, food is hot and delicious, plates are fully and plentiful, it is fairly quite but not too quite that you are the only ones talking, and prices are good. Years ago when they just started, I would give them 2 stars because of their bland phở broth and dry tough rice. Now they deserve 4 stars on my review since their food really improved and impressed me especially a bowl of hot beef steak/tendon phở, a grilled chicken Vietnamese sandwich, a barbecued pork Vietnamese sandwich, a plate of grilled chicken with rice, or a plate of grilled pork chops with rice. There are two reasons for which I take off one star: 1) The rice is somehow less aromatic and sticky comparing with the rice in other restaurant. 2) The rice noodles in phở is too soft and easily become broken and mushy. It just like eating spaghetti; how would you feel if the noodles in spaghetti are soft and overcooked? Other than that, their food are balanced, delicious, and tasty. I think 4 sisters is having a crisis, I have there previously and I thought it was pretty good. We went the other day since we were in the neighborhood and it was hugely dissapointing. The service was bad, mine was edible, my wife's was terrible, she had BBQ pork dish that had so much fish sauce it was like drinking tuna water from the can. Popped in on a weekday afternoon and ordered V9, the tofu vermicelli bowl. Their soda fountain was broken so no drink for me, which was a bummer. It took longer to get to me than the tables arrived after but the noodles were SO GOOD! I was really impressed and I could've scarfed down the whole thing. Recently moved to East Bremerton from the Seabeck area and had read a number of very positive reviews about this family owned little restaurant, so came with friends to check it out. I'm into well-prepared chicken wings, so I ordered their new Garlic Parmesan Wings ($13). Very tasty with a great crispy coating, but I could have handled a bit more garlic and I never really detected the parmesan. My wife ordered the Sisters Noodle Special ($17): Flat wide rice noodles, vegetables, mild homemade sauce and I had the Singapore Noodles ($17): Thin rice noodles, vegetables, white onions, bean sprouts, cilantro, fried onions, homemade curry sauce. Both noodle dishes were totally delicious with perfectly wok fried crispy veggies and mass quantities. Took home enough leftovers for another night's dinner. Total bill with tax and tip was $60. The place is very clean and comfortable and the service was friendly and accommodating. We'll be back to try their Pho and other menu items. read more

Heard about 4 Sisters randomly from 2 completely different people on the same day. Then you gotta give'em a whirl, right? And been disappointed recently with our more local Pho place. Basic strip mall ambiance but you're here for the food right? Ordered steak pho, pho with brisket, tofu vermicelli bowl, and beef and egg roll. Pho was delish! Broth was perfect! Yum! Skip the egg roll-nothing special there. Vermicelli bowl was tasty. 4 Sisters is heavily oriented to takeout. Ordering at the counter was efficient and staff delivered to our table while we waited which I appreciated. 4 orders went out the door as we waited with one lonely in-restaurant diner. Kitsap is hard to find good Vietnamese restaurants especially when you live in Seattle where there is a lot of great Asian cuisine. 4 Sisters did not disappoint. The portion size was just about right. I like the size options they offer, for the pho. The large was more than enough! The chicken wings are so good! It came with a chili dipping sauce but the chicken was so flavorful it didn't even need it. It kind of tucked away in a random complex but interior was very clean and cute decor. Recommended if you're looking for the best bang for your buck with good home-cook feeling. read more
