Basic strip mall ambiance but you're here for the food right? Ordered steak pho, pho with brisket, tofu vermicelli bowl, and beef and egg roll. Pho was delish! Broth was perfect! Yum! Skip the egg roll-nothing special there. Vermicelli bowl was tasty. 4 Sisters is heavily oriented to takeout. Ordering at the counter was efficient and staff delivered to our table while we waited which I appreciated. 4 orders went out the door as we waited with one lonely in-restaurant diner. Everything I've tried at this establishment met or exceeded my expectation! The potstickers are cooked "American style", nice and crispy like I like them. The spring roll and peanut sauce are as expected, flavorful and fresh tasting. I'm personally not usually a big fan of pho (I prefer ramen), but I'm glad I went with the meatball pho. 4 Sisters is a family restaurant with a big dining area, take out and drive through. The food is made fresh to order, you can select the level of spiciness. The vegetables are cooked perfectly. Vibrant colors and still a little crisp. Never mushy. The yellow curry is Amazing. The fried rice is the Best. They serve Pho' and the broth is so aromatic. Definitely the most delicious Pho' I've ever had. Portions are huge. Their food is so comforting and flavorful. The nice thing is when you order a meal, there's enough left overs to eat one or two more times. The food was SO good! All the portion sizes were very generous. We tried this place because my son loves Bún Bò Huê' and it's hard to find especially this side of the Narrows. He loved it and we will for sure go back. He only wished they had the thicker round rice noodles that are often in it. They gave him the choice when ordering of pho, vermicelli, or another noodle that I don't remember. I had the steak Pho (P1) and it was great, exactly what you'd expect! I like pho broth less sweet and this was just right. We had spring rolls with pork to start and they were really BIG and good. I would've liked more mint and basil inside but they had a crunch to them that was different in the best way. I think it was fried onion inside. Very very yummy! My husband LOVED, like could not get over how delicious his Bánh mì was. It was ENORMOUS. Don't let the jalapeño slices in my pic fool you. They were cut on the bias and really big. He was IN LOVE with his sandwich! I also ordered a mango boba with mango poppers. It was good. Exactly what you'd expect. The service was very friendly. Firstly , the portions are HUGE especially for the modest price . As a vegan , it's hard finding meals other than burgers , salads , or fries but luckily that wasn't the case. I tried my first Banh Mi (so juicy and fresh) GOTTA GET THE GYOZA SAUCE and could barely finish it all . Went with a friend who had the beef and brisket pho and they loved it as well . Amazing service but mediocre food. I had heard amazing things for a while but was wary of a place serving Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese food all under one roof. And I was unfortunately right. We got the Steak and Brisket Pho and a Grilled Pork Bahn Mi. The Bahn Mi came with a mountain of pickled veggies which didn't blend well in sandwich form. The pork was warm on the outside but cold like a fridge in the center. Definitely not made specially for each customer. Very unpleasant. The Pho was okay and pretty standard but the meat was low quality. Something unsatisfying about a bad soup on a freezing cold day. The service was awesome. Went here today for lunch and it was great. Have been hearing a lot of this place and I love pho so finally was able to try it. I ordered spring rolls and a "small" pho with meatballs, tripe, tendon, and steak. It came out hot and well made. The broth was really well done and it was served more like a large size with the broth going all the way to top edges of the bowl. Totally got my moneys worth from it. The only reason it's not a 5 star review was because of the spring rolls. They were a little dry, had a crunchy to them from something inside it, and the peanut sauce was lackluster. Other than that the service was great and the servers were friendly. The pho is a must try for anyone in the area. Will definitely be back. read more

Food was not tasty in my opinion. Pho broth had not much flavor. It also had a little bit too much anise. I also felt like they toasted the spices too much. Almost like a burnt flavor. But the worst part was the banh pho rice noodles where wayyyy over cooked and soggy. I tried taking another bite of it but just couldn't stand the overcooked noodles. I decided just to take a couple sips of broth. The meat is also of poor quality. The meatballs were very rubbery and chewy. I give this place 3 star because the workers were friendly and the restaurant was clean. As for food though, I would give a 1 star. I always have a delicious meal at 4 sisters. This used to be my go-to lunch spot with my dad before the pandemic and we still get it to-go. Tonight my partner and I picked up takeout for dinner. I always get the 4 sisters noodles (I was tempted by pho because it's so good and the rain, but I couldn't resist) with chicken and no cabbage or snow peas. They're very accommodating, I have allergies. The flavor is unique- it's got a bit of a spice, slightly sweet, and incredibly addicting. It's a huge portion but it's hard to stop! The dish is loaded with veggies and big pieces of meat. The tofu option is very good too, it's what my dad usually gets. My partner got the chicken curry and I liked it, it had an almost indian-like curry flavor. He didn't like it but it's not the fault of the dish. It came with some rice and a nice looking salad thing. I also got an egg roll (I like that they let you order them by the each). They're my favorite egg rolls, no cabbage filling, very fresh and crunchy and flavorful with an excellent dipping sauce. Their bahn mi is really excellent at well and very reasonably priced. We went because of the reviews and they didn't disappoint. We were immediately greeted and showed to our table. It was 2 pm on a Thursday so there were only 2 other tables being used when we walked in but it quickly filled up while we were there. The Pho was large and fantastic! Ban Mi sandwich was dry and tasteless. the pickled vegetables tasted raw and as if they hadn't been pickled. I asked the waitress if I could get more of whatever sauce they put in it, and they said they had nothing. This place makes the most delicious egg rolls. They are thick, full of ingredients, and perfectly cooked. They have the usual fish sauce to go with the egg rolls, but I like to season the fish sauce with a variety of hot spices such as the hot pepper oil. I love the dipping sauce I create and enjoy it with their awesome egg rolls. They have chicken wings that are in a special sauce. They are in the appetizer section of menu. The young man who is part of the family that owns the restaurant tells me that that is his mother's secret special sauce. The wings, with that special sauce, are very good. The Pho is decent as far as the flavor goes, and I will say that the portions are great. A small bowl will be enough for most. It comes with a usual side of bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeno peppers, and lime. But I I always request thinly sliced white onions on the side as well, and no bean sprouts on my plate. I have also enjoyed the Vietnamese salad bowl. I tend to get the one with most of the options such as pork, egg roll, and such. The service is good. They greet you as soon as you step into the restaurant. And they are eager to take care of you. I really do appreciate their customer care. The only problem I have ever had with this restaurant is the gentleman who usually serves me, messed up my order three times on 3 different occasions that I visited the restaurant. Simply put, I do not like bean sprouts. I always ask them to not put bean sprouts in, on, or near my food. And every single time, three times in a row, he would serve me the Vietnamese salad with the bean sprouts in the bowl. Finally this last time that I went, just a couple of days ago, was the first time that he actually got it right. He had one of those "slap yourself in the head moments", where he recognized that I really don't want or like bean sprouts. This is a good place to patronize. It's not the best Vietnamese food around by any stretch of the imagination. When hubs has a hankering for pho nothing else will do. We happened to be just across the street at Freddie's and I thought - oh we'll just hit the drive through at 4 Sisters. Easy Peasy. Wrong. As we pulled up we quickly learned 4 Sister's doesn't have a drive through. Which was perplexing since they have a drive thru neon sign in the front window that's really misleading.....so begrudgingly we parked and went in to place a carry out order. We headed home with pho tai (steak), chicken fried rice,1 shrimp and 1 tofu spring roll. Everything was package perfectly for the quick drive home but it was disappointing to see how many plastic baggies were needed to do so. Hubby raved over his pho with plenty for left overs and we both really enjoyed the light and refreshing spring rolls. The fried rice on the other hand was really bland despite the generous veggies mixed in. OMG we came by last night for the first time and I havent stopped thinking about it since! Coming from San Diego Ive been extremely underwhelmed by the food quality and food options in this area. I wasnt expecting much from this place but I was completely blown out of the water! We were seated immediately upon walking in and everyone who served us was extremely friendly. We ordered the lychee boba, egg rolls, steak pho, and BBQ pork bahn mi. The egg rolls were absolutely delicious, crispy with a ton of filling inside. The lychee boba was perfectly sweet and tasted of fresh lychee and not the flavoring. The steak pho was delicious and the meat wasnt overcooked as ive seen many places. The bahn mi was better than any of the ones i had back in california. The breas was soft with a good crunch, it had just enough sauce to give it a good bite but not make it a soggy mess and it was loaded with the veggies. We go to this restaurant almost weekly. We've tried a lot of entrees & liked most. Recently we tried their Phad Thai. So good! We feel it's the best we've ever had. Wish t he'd make more Thai food. Our favorite Thai restaurant was located on Wheaton Way. They then moved to the mall. Don't know where they are now. Anyways, we've tried every Thai restaurant between Bremerton & Poulsbo. None are worth going back to. This was the first Phad Thai we've had (westsound) that was very good. We also are a fan of the 4 sisters noodle. Their Pho is very good & so is their Bun. It has the better BAHN MI sandwiches in town. It can be awkward seating by the door, especially when it is cold outside there is a draft in and out and lots of foot traffic back and forth but they now have the other side of the building which is great and the fish tank is cool. read more
