This is absolutely my favorite place to get Pho, but this last trip was very disappointing. I went through the drive through as usual, and they gave me the most cold broth for my chicken pho. I drove back threw the drive through and told him that I needed hot broth. They took back through the window. What they had already served me to make me a new order. That would have made me happy but after I drove around with my new order, it was missing all of the ingredients that you add to the pho like the thai basil, limes, jalapenos and such. I drove back around and asked them to make it right. And then this time they only gave me like half a portion, and it was missing my request for white onions. And the guy that was serving me, you seem to be some type of a manager maybe and kept rolling his eyes as I tried to explain what I really wanted. It was really a sad moment for me, because I go through that drive through at least three times a week. I'll go back because it is my favorite place to get pho and it's convenient. But I won't put up with that type of attitude my next time through.

I've been a customer Chung's teriyaki for over 10 years and I've always enjoyed the quality of the food. As usual, my server was fantastic and very friendly. Well, I normally get the PHO, today, I ordered a Banh Mi sandwich for the first time because the picture on the menu made it look like it was loaded with veggies... well the bread was nice, and the meat was very flavorful, however, the sandwich that they described on the menu was not what came to the table. There was no jalapeño, and I had to ask for cilantro... the sandwich had a very very small amount of vegetables on it. The pictures say it all.

I just love Chung's! Grew up eating here, my mom would always bring home the Hong Kong noodles. Moved back to Kitsap last year after being away for 10 years, and the food is as wonderful as I remember it! My husband and I love their spring rolls, and still indulge in the Hong Kong noodles at times as well. I just love the shrimp and chicken spring rolls though! So refreshing, filling, and affordable for how delicious they are. And always extra peanut sauce!!

It's a pretty big restaurant with lots of seating and windows. The atmosphere is rather quiet than most places but I didn't mind it all because I personally like eating alone without distractions. We came in at around say 7:40 after a good workout at the YMCA up the street. Any day is a good day for pho and teriyaki, so why not right? I got the steak and brisket pho and my friend got the beef fried rice. I can't say much about the beef fried rice, as it wasn't seasoned well and the portion is surprisingly small for the price. However, the pho I had was delicious! The broth was hot and so good; I couldn't stop drinking the soup. The brisket had parts of fat on it too, so it made the meat tender and juicy compared to most pho's that have the tougher chew. I'd definitely come back here for the pho. Maybe I'll give something else a try too.

Way overpriced, poor customer service & still expect a tip just for handing your food through a window.

Kind of long wait for food that wasn't good. Noodles were dry and flavorless. The meat was all fatty and not even cut? So unimpressed.

Best Egg rolls. The rest is great, too. I usually get 12 and take the extras home. They're great cold from the fridge. Can't go wrong here.

Unfortunately, it took a very long time for all of us to get our food. Our group of 14 overwhelmed the restaurant. They did add 18% gratuity because of our large group, which is understandable. The bento box entree was impressive. I ordered the sukiyaki, but I wished that I ordered the bento box instead. Other dishes that looked good included the chicken with beans. The meat for the kalbi was tough. The sushi was good. Not spectacular. I would come back in a smaller group the next time. And I'll order for our family, the teriyaki chicken bento, basil green bean with pork, chirashi, and Shanghai beef noodle.

When my kids were growing up, we'd go because their non-sushi food, including Chinese style, is very good, too, so there was something for everyone. My younger son (now 29) and I have been going there since he was a little kid. We have both had sushi and Sashimi in many places. He lives in NY City, I have had sushi in Amsterdam, NY, California, etc. I have never had any BETTER, or fresher fish anywhere. The prices are reasonable, the place is very down-to-earth, but it's about the food and good company, and I have never, never left unsatisfied.

The restaurant was spotless, welcoming, and appeared to have been recently remodeled. Bringing a group of 19 people into a restaurant at noon could easily overwhelm the serving staff and the cooks, but that was absolutely not the case here. About half of our group wanted the traditional Korean BBQ experience, which included grill tables and cooking their own meats and vegetables, while the others preferred dishes prepared by the kitchen. The staff accommodated both without missing a beat. We were seated quickly, orders were taken promptly, and the food arrived surprisingly fast. And it was plentiful! There was only one server working the dining room, yet she handled everything efficiently, professionally, and with a smile. Every order was correct, and everyone felt well taken care of. The checks were presented and taken care of very quickly. Most importantly, the food was excellent. Every person in our group left happy, and many were already talking about returning with their families. It's rare to find a restaurant that can handle a group of 19 so smoothly while delivering great food and outstanding service. All 19 of us agreed: Seoul Korean BBQ earned a well-deserved 5-star rating. It was that good.

Today however lines were crossed in the most unprofessional, rude, unwelcoming and disrespectful manner. My husband initially went to go order our food but unfortunately this time he experienced Myla, the cashier, continuously talking over him while ordering. Although we've experienced her behavior before we would just brush it off. I received the dynamite fries and couldn't eat them because everything was soaked in unagi sauce which many may know it can be salty when your food is drenched in it. I then went to the counter politely apologizing for even complaining but would like to have the food remade with less unagi sauce. Instead of saying anything kind, Myla complained to the cooks about me complaining about my fries were too salty. She made jokes aloud while the cooks laughed. I was standing there the entire time patiently while she was tormenting me. Meanwhile, Myla was helping other customers with the upmost respect because at that point she noticed I recorded our interaction. The food was remade and not a word said when she handed it to me. My husband then went to ask for the cooks name and Myla's and while they're waiting he overheard them talking about my appearance and making fun of the interaction. Will not be returning because I don't codone discrimination, bullying or torment in any business no matter how a person personally feels because of a very minor issue.
