The description read that it had: bean sprouts, eggs, and topped with ground peanuts. I saw none of that. Just chicken and noodles. The sauce was very very salty and was one note in its flavor. No nuance, just flat and salty. The chicken fried rice: once again barely any flavor. The menu read :bean sprouts, cilantro, egg, and onions. Little specs of green, maybe onion but not enough to taste. I saw no sprouts or egg. There were big clumps, balls of - white rice, throughout. The egg rolls: tasted like they were packaged frozen. Not fresh. We had been wanting to try this restaurant but were disappointed. read more

This was our first visit, and it absolutely blew us away. The appetizer combo platter was perfectly crisp across the board, the honey walnut shrimp were addictive, and the pork belly banh mi was incredible--beautifully toasted bread, crisp and sweet pork belly. The beef pho had a perfectly seasoned broth that was so satisfying. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were incredible. And the bubble tea - the boba had the best texture, and the milk tea was perfectly balanced in sweetness and flavor. Service was great, everything was spot on. Extremely disappointed with the food here. Ordered yesterday via uber eats. Upon receipt of my order I was surprised to find the cardboard carrier stained with grease when my order was for a chicken pho and vegan pho with a small pint of white fired rice. Two different broths came in the order neither of which were labeled, the siracha and hoisin sauce were visibly dripping oil making them impossible to open, and there were no utensils. As we began unpacking, the chicken looked a bit peculiar, vegetables in the vegan Pho looked presentable and fresh. Both broths tasted stale and lacked any good flavor, the peculiar looking chicken was just bits of chicken fat that had been boiled there was barely any consumable meat in the entree. Overall my lowest ranking pho restaurant in the area which is a shame considering their location. read more

Last minute choice for birthday celebration dinner and no regrets at all! Food was reasonably priced with large portion sizes. Made with fresh ingredients. The tofu was rubbery, and the dish had a weird vinegar taste. We didn't eat more than a few bites. It is usually the simplest and yummiest dish at most Asian restaurants. I ate some and I have to say I've never had slightly sour, no peanut taste, very little flavour phad thai before today. I ordered a 1 of spice out of 5. Just because I ordered low spice shouldn't mean little flavour. I had to go into my pantry and add sauces to the dish. I was really hoping to prove wrong the other reviews but unfortunately they were right. I really hope they take these constructive reviews to heart! We need good places. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would and they would absolutely deserve it. We got seated and placed our order. An hour later the waitress comes by to tell us that "they were busy and hadn't started our food yet". They kept claiming they were backed up with to-go-orders but the entire time that we were there (an hour) they only sent out 3 to-go orders and not a single seated customer was served. No apologies or anything offered, just say at a booth for an hour waiting before getting up and leaving. Quick tip, if you're only able to get 3 orders out in an hour and feel swamped, maybe the restaurant business isn't right for you. read more

I came here thinking I was going to order some pho but was pleasantly surprised by the variation of Asian foods offered. I ordered the salt and pepper tofu appetizer and the pork chop rice dish and the portions are HUGE!! Easily can feed four people. I tried the foods and they are exactly what you would expect from an Asian restaurant. The Vietnamese food tasted authentic, the Chinese food was just like my own mama makes. One thing that stands out about the place is the atmosphere. The service is friendly and the owners happened to be cooking for their employees for a sit down meal (common in the Chinese restaurants I grew up in). It was delightful to see they were making traditional Chinese dishes and the owners kindly explained what ingredients they had used to their staff. I practically wanted to join them because the owners were serving a dish my mother had made for her five children numerous times. The interior itself was a bit dark but was clean and well appointed. They had a decent lounge area and are offering dine-in service, socially distanced. If you want really good Asian food, I highly suggest you come here. Food was amazing!! The spring rolls didn't have too many herbs so it was perfectly balanced with the savory-ness of the pork and the refreshing-ness of the herbs. Wasn't able to try the sauce as I was afraid to. I have food sensitivities and there was no description. The pork chop plate was LOADED. You definitely get more than what you pay for. It's extremely flavorful. I had an extra order of rice cause usually restaurants don't give enough imo, but it turns out I didn't even need to order the extra rice! However since I have food sensitivities (I can't even eat a burger from anywhere) it made my tongue itch a bit. So I have to pace myself when eating. Guarantee nobody else will have this problem though. My only issue (and reason why I didn't give 5 stars) is that on Uber eats there isn't enough detail about the food. I wanted to order some extra things but I wasn't sure what was in it. (Like idk if the smoothies have dairy) and was afraid to order the spring rolls since they don't list what's in them. Never going here again. First off our food wasn't good at all. The salt and pepper chicken wasn't even edible because had so much salt on it. They forgot my drink and I realized when I got home so I asked if they could just refund me and they said I can come back another day and get it. So I went back the next day. When the server, Kathy, handed me my drink she was holding my straw unwrapped with soaking wet hands. So I politely asked her if they had wrapped straw. She snatched the straw from my hand stormed off and said... "She's coming in here being picky. She's a b*tch." I apologized for "ruining her day" and left. She also yelled at my mom telling her to leave and "take our drama and get out" also that "she was busy" even though there was no one in the restaurant. This review is based purely on a pickup order. I would like to say that the employee was very kind over the phone and our pick up order was prompt. Unfortunately, the food left a lot to be desired. We ordered a chicken pho, steak pho and combination pho with a side order of spring rolls. The chicken was the consistency rubber and the pho came with ZERO flavor. The rice noodles were all slimy and clumped together. We were unable to tell the difference between the steak pho and combination pho as well, which must have been a mistake on the restaurants part I'm guessing. The spring rolls were uneatable and feel apart. Sadly, most of the food we ordered was tasteless and slimy. If you're in Poulsbo you have two other delicious pho restaurants to choose from. New owners have added excitement and expertise to the menu. They have all sorts of Asian Fusion dishes but we focused on Chinese. The Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao Chicken were outstanding. Chef has tons of experience in the business. They are just getting started here. They previously owned restaurant in Mill Creek and have lots of experience in upscale restaurants in Bellevue area.
