When I visited, they clearly were having a leak problem as nearly all of the pedicure machines had wet rags, mops, and towels just soaking water up. Yet I was still taken in for a pedicure, but the atmosphere made me feel as if I was not wanted in that chair. With that atmosphere already given, it did not help that the nail technician that did my nails clearly could have not given a fuck. I went in for a basic pedicure and everything about it was just unpleasent. The water was luke warm (I blame the leak issue primarly) the nail technician did not care as I stated. I do not expect perfection, but when you can barely feel the pumas stone on your feet and your nails after being clipped are all over the place. Something has to be amiss. I know toenails grow in different ways, but I had one toe that had the nail slanted, like I don't even think the nail tech was looking when she did it. Was talking to other workers instead of paying attention to what she was doing. that resulted of her cutting me not once but twice. Very disappointed with my experience here. I heard great reviews from others, but I would not recommend. The first round they used a different pink than I picked because they couldn't find the color I picked but didn't verbalize that. The top coat was put on sloppily and I had to go back for them to fix it. Instead of fixing it correctly, they put gel on top of the dip saying "we do this all the time" after about three days the gel was peeling completely off. I had to go back three different times before they agreed to fix it. I was there for two hours for them the redo them - my nails soaking for a whole hour. Because they didn't do the process correctly the first time, it cause my nails to become very brittle causing my nails to break after they redid them (see photo). I finally when to Matrix Nails seeking help, and after seeing them do dip properly I noticed that they skipped many steps at 4 Tips and Toes. Don't go get dip here. read more

Wife went to get her nails done since she has now gotten her COVID shot and her $50 gift certificate they did not want to accept due to it being over a year old. Wife argued with them as they were not going to let her use any of it! They only let her use $25 of it and they voided the other $25. What kinda crap is that? Poor business when $50 was paid.... and who can predict COVID! Where are the signs that say gift certificates no good after a year. Had a horrible experience & I'll never be back. This wasn't the first time I've had a terrible experience with them, but it'll be the last. Called 3 times before coming. No answer for the first two times. 3rd time they didn't mean to answer because they were having a separate conversation and hung up. At my appointment, the service was done incorrectly & was rushed. Came back the next day to speak to a manager, no manager there LIKE ALWAYS. Employees tried to charge me extra for services that everyone else gets included in the price. Paid $60 total. I paid to basically have my toenails clipped/painted & to have my feet in cold water. They tried to justify the price because I had gel on my toes prior. They also use the same supplies for everyone & do a terrible job of at least cleaning the supplies properly. Told them I had a terrible experience and they said "you'll be ok baby girl" multiple times as I left and laughed. Did not argue with them since I've seen them try to charge extra in the past for buffing your nails during a MANICURE. Do not pay them to be disrespected & possibly get an infection. READ REVIEWS. They have gone extremely downhill & do not care about their customers. Would not recommend. 1 star is being generous. Save your money. At least go to salon outside of the mall. I asked for their Spa French Manicure and Pedicure, the lady that did my manicure was named GINA and has the worst customer service attitude, and I am a tolerant woman. She never soaked my finger nails, never scrubbed my hands, no spa manicure experience AT ALL. She went straight to filing my nails roughly to the point that she made one of my cuticle bleed. She kept asking me if I had ever had my nails done before, I told her that I had them dune two weeks ago in the Homestead. She didn't know what it was and so I told her it is a spa resort. I was inspecting my nails and they were not filed evenly. Some parts were pointy and some of them were crooked with uneven gel. She made a mistake on my finger nails as it is already showering the moons of my real nails and just kept sighing the entire time after I asked her to fix her botch job. She also kept talking to the other Nail Tech right next to her in their language and she would mockingly chuckle when I would ask her to fix the messy, uneven gel on my fingers. Save your money, friends. This place is not worth your time, money nor health. Their nail clippers and nippers were just being pulled from drawers and not even sanitized. First and last time I will come there and I will make sure to warn everybody I can about this place. I knew the unhappy lady right next to me should've warned me about the place but I ignored it, and sure enough, I had a botch job. I have not had a bad experience yet at 4 Tip 2 Toe. I used to wear gel nails and they did a wonderful job, now I go and get my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure once a month. Donna is the BEST waxer there hands down, Donna, Tom or Jack do the best manicure and pedicure. Donna or Tom are the ones to go to for acrylic/gel nails though. And I do forewarn you, do not let anyone wax you but Donna, I have had others and they do it all wrong. read more

Ok, so I have waited a week to write my review as I wanted to do some research of my own. During a mani-pedi and eyebrow wax visit a week ago I made several observations that I personally felt should be classified as lack of integrity and down right bad business ethics in my opinion. I consider myself a pretty perceptive individual and pride myself on this instinct to make good decision with my hard earned money. Upon arriving I was asked what service was needed. I signed the walk-in book and selected my polish. I was selected a "young" technician and was placed in a pedicure chair that did not work (first issue). Then this is when I began to notice interesting things. Younger or maybe not so experienced technicians were being assigned to "clients of color"; whereas the more seasoned technicians quickly and happily (service with a smile) greeted "other clients" and proceeded to extend service to the individual (which included better working equipment; etc.) I have spoken to several customers of this salon and have compared similar visit interpretations. I received the $40 pedicure. The very next day my feet/heels did not look as if I've had any type of pedicure let alone a $40 special treatment one. One week later my polish is completely missing from several toes. This was costly service as I look at the end results one week later. Not only am I disappointed at the quality of service; but to make difference in your customers based on probably who you feel should get the better service or who you may think will "tip" better. Shame on you! I pay for good service. My dollar is green just like the other person! Last visit to "4 Tip To Toe".
