He just evaluated her based on the warm up and failed her based on some mistakes that she had done during that time. In the end when the warm up was done, we came to know that the test was also already over. Both me and my wife were shocked since Sam never informed my wife before starting the test. Overall we had paid $320 for the 1 hour warm up and test. It was just an utter waste of such a large amount of money. During the warm up, he had also called me and asked me if I wanted to take any additional driving lessons for my wife with him. He said that there were some gaps in her driving and that it would take additional lessons to fix those. And for that I would have to again pay him $160 more for a 1 hour lesson. I had already paid him $320 before for the warm up and test. So we refused for any additional lessons. Such a sham!! I feel that if we had agreed to pay the extra money and take the extra lessons then he would have informed my wife before starting the test and also passed her. But because we didn't he had already made up his mind from beforehand that he would fail her and hence did not even inform her before starting the test and just failed her based on some random mistakes during the warm up. Also my wife told me that before the warm up, he had intentionally disconnected our car's dashcam. Now that we think about it, the reason why he had done that is so that his voice does not get recorded in it. So that later we cannot file a complaint against him with proof. He is a corrupt instructor and his driving school should be immediately shut down.

Highly recommended testing center…read more Today, I had my warm up session followed up by driving test. The whole experience was very smooth and informative too. The instructor gave me exact pointers where I need to work more. In the past, I had a pathetic experience in one of the other driving licensing center. Therefore, I was having very low expectations but the whole session definitely surprised me in a good way.

The zoom link for classes rarely worked properly, always routing my son to register again. The time…read morespent to try to access the class was incredible frustrating each day. They are very strict on the start time (which I appreciate), but that means links need to work properly. Also, my son was sick, very sick, and we had to pay $89 cancellation fee for his driving lesson. Again, I know there are policies, but when a child is sick there is no grace or compassion. This is all business. I do not recommend this company for the above two reasons. I amount of time I had to take off work to email with issues about accessing the court, or micromanage the course itself is ridiculous. For $800+ accessing zoom should be simple, recording attendance should be easy and if a child is sick, there should be one reschedule that is allowed. I genuinely don't leave bad reviews unless I truly feel as though the service was not acceptable and in this case, I feel this deeply. My drivers ed experience was amazing as a kid. It was empowering and exciting. My kid has had nothing but frustration since enrolling. 0 stars.

As an adult, going back to driving school for a second time game me a much different perspective…read morefrom the one I had when I was a teen. Originally, I was a product of the public school Drivers Ed program, but returned to 911 Driving Academy for a refresher course. Driving today is much different than it was driving 20 years ago and I felt that I needed an updated version of driver's education. That's why I chose 911. The instructors are the most knowledgeable concerning the l rules of the road. These guys & gals all presently work for or are retired First Responders from our local Fire, E.M.T. & Law Enforcement Offices. Who better to teach you the laws and give you the skills that they know and they've seen work firsthand, but our firefighters and police officers. The instructors I had and a few I ran into while I was there, were all very kind and accommodating and my driving instructor put my mind at ease, while we were out on the road. They really are a nice group of men and women. After my experience, I signed my 16 year old son, Stelios, up. He starts in February! Do yourselves a favor, Moms and Dads. Allow yourself the peace of mind that 911 Driving Academy will give you. It's not easy putting your kid behind the wheel. Let the professionals at 911 Academy steer your children in the right direction to becoming a knowledgeable, skilled and responsible driver. They will not disappoint. Oh! The Kia Souls the use at the academy are really easy to drive and maneuver. Another plus for 911.

She said i could not schedule it in advance. When i asked she said my daughter must check the app many time a day for openings. She then said that my daughter is responsible for check to or three time a time and that my daughter is an adult (she is 16) She was very rude and just pointed at the policy and said you should know this. She was not helpful at all. Badly run business.

The guy then went about threatening me, saying that what I was asking me for (flying with the original instructor) isn't according to FAA regulations. It doesn't even make any sense. This guy is out of his mind in terms of rudeness and not caring about the customer experience. He obviously thinks that he has too much business and he's the king of the place so he will just shut people down without trying to help the customer. Absolute disaster of a place. They lost my business for sure. Buyer beware! Update: I spoke with the owner of this school and thought that he would be more understanding of the situation and try to fix the situation because I already paid them $400 for the discovery flight and was genuinely eager to take their classes. I was dead wrong. The owner of the school was just as rude and even said that me posting a negative review was in bad taste, basically trying to silence me from speaking the truth. Unbelievable. He didn't even try to understand the situation more and instead just jumped to conclusions stating that whatever Daniel did was because of FAA regulations, which is obviously bs. Then he suggested I take classes with his school to get over it. LOL. I can't make this up.
