I think this is a great option if you're in the area and want something other than national chain fast food or pizza. This is not a complaint but our server, who seemed like the most tenured server in the restaurant, frequently had to tell customers the salad dressing options, which if I remember right there were three. One of them was a Balsamic Vinaigrette, but she called it "Balsamic Vinegar-Et." Just for anyone and maybe that server you don't say the whole word "vinegar" when saying "vinaigrette", it's vina-gret.

The shrimp were slightly overcooked; however, with the extra sauce and filling, it wasn't noticeable. It's tough getting everything exactly right when you can't eat it right away and that might well be why the meat on the nachos and the shrimp missed the mark. But on the tacos: They are hard to eat because the insides keep falling out -- they're that stuffed. Don't eat them in the car. The quesadillas? Oh wow.
