One of them was a Balsamic Vinaigrette, but she called it "Balsamic Vinegar-Et." The shrimp were slightly overcooked; however, with the extra sauce and filling, it wasn't noticeable. It's tough getting everything exactly right when you can't eat it right away and that might well be why the meat on the nachos and the shrimp missed the mark. But on the tacos: They are hard to eat because the insides keep falling out -- they're that stuffed. Don't eat them in the car. The quesadillas? Oh wow.
