He arrived with all the equipment ready to go, and took a full 2 hours per vehicle. Even after he was done, I saw him walking around, touching things up to make sure it was perfect. I'm not sure my car was even this clean when I bought it. I'm super impressed with their attention to detail, and for an amazing price. My vehicle was not properly detailed. There was trash left in the door handle compartment, and the armrest, car seat and interior door handle were still dirty. Worse, the exterior outlet trim on my Range Rover was scratched and peeling after the service. I sent photos to the owner, he said the cleaner didn't think I wanted my trash taken out and that I should have paid for an advance service for the door handle to be cleaned. And when I sent pictures of the scraped outlet, I never received an acknowledgment or an apology. The poor detailing was one thing, but the lack of accountability was even worse. If you you don't want what happened to me to happen to you, I will avoid this place by all cost. I regret going back to this place every time I opened my armrest. I was texting him three or more times a week to set up another appointment. After six/seven weeks I gave up. The lack of customer service is appalling. It is obvious that they don't care about getting new customers or retaining existing customers.
