He even asked about our return filters and eagerly replacefor us with the filters we had on hand. We signed up for their maintenance program, which is a great deal!! Unfortunately, my usual go-to company didn't service the type of work I needed, but DR HVAC did! When I first called, I spoke with Marge on the phone. She wasn't sure if they could help me with my situation, but she said she would call the service estimator and get back to me. She called me back later in the day and thankfully, they were able to do it! A time was set for Craig, the service estimator, to come out to my property to take a look. When he showed, he was on time and very professional. He took the time he needed to get an accurate estimate of the work that needed to be done and patiently answered all of my questions. I was quoted $300, which I thought was a fantastic deal! There was a miscommunication on scheduling a technician to come and execute the work order, but that was smoothed out over a call. I was out of town for a couple of weeks, so I wasn't bothered by it. The technician came about 10 minutes ahead of time and got to work immediately. After about 30-40 minutes, the work was completed and documented with pictures of the repair. All in all, I've been impressed by their professionalism and willingness to take on more specialized work that most other HVAC companies normally ignore. If I ever have any HVAC issues in the future, I'd be happy to use them again!

I asked him what road did he use, and he said he did not use the toll road, upon which I did comment that's why he was late with Friday traffic. i told him I was sorry if I hurt his feelings, and with that he drove off! Thank goodness I was not relying on him for service of any kind. Who walks away from sizing up a job to earn a 50%+ gross profit? Why would I even expect him to stand by his product or services. His true character showed up before I paid a lot of money. I got the impression he does not like dealing with property managers, seeing other comments. I do wish him well however, as I think he did us a favor.

I would have never known if I tried to fix this myself. I am always hesitant about calling a company to come do work because even the smallest little thing would cost me a few hundred dollars at least. As John was fixing and replacing things, he would also give little informational tidbits and explain what things were and what he was doing along the way. He will not come out and even look at it saying they dont make mistakes. I now have mold growing in my vents do to a water line that will not drain. I also have to pay someone else now to fix the issue and to get my vents cleaned. The owner says he dors the work but actually has another person who isnt certified do the work. He also told me his buisness has an A+ rating at the BBB but they are not even on their website, I looked them up to report them and they dont come up.
