They had one watch left and pulled the trigger. My watch showed up 4 days later from West to East Coast packaged well with papers and registry of authenticity. I broke my vintage gold nugget earring and was recommended by friends and coworkers to come here to get repaired. I took it in on (04/9/21) and was told it would be ready in two weeks. I called on (04/23/21) to check the status of the repair and I was told that they lost my earring. They asked me to go into the store with the other earring so they could compare it to whatever they had in store. Nothing they had in store was similar, so they asked if I would leave the other earring there so that they could custom order another one, but I didn't feel comfortable doing that, considering they already lost the first earring. I was told that it could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the replacement piece to come in. The biggest issue I have is that the gold color would not match, because mine has a vintage gold look to it. They also offered to give me 0.7 grams worth of store credit towards a new pair of earrings, but then my other earring would be completely useless. They asked me to give them another 5 days to try and locate my missing earring. So I will update when that time comes.. I've heard a lot of good things about this place, but considering this how my first business transaction went, I will not be doing more business with them. read more

They don't stand by their own work. They will tell you how amazing a deal and product you're getting when you buy but if something goes green, scuff, dirty or bent. Then it's your own issue. I bought three matching rings and all three bent within a week. They said it was solid gold but it was hallow. Stay away, it will cost you more to repair. Just go to a better place. read more

I went in to go get my silver zirconia ring resized and they broke the gem. They had the audacity to return it to me with a broke gem. I told them about it and they tried to replace it but the gem was no where near the gem they broke. I just wanted my ring to look as perfect as it did before it was broken. They offered to order the gem and I even pulled up the rings original gem size style and cut and the lady that was helping me didn't even look at it and tried to explain to me that there's 2 type of zirconia and that they ordered the right one, they tell me to come back the next day to pick up my ring. I go in and then they show me a cricked ring with not the right gem AGAIN, the gem not on properly, and it was rattling. I told them about the rattling, they "fixed it" but they just made the ring even more cricked. I told them it's not the right gem and they said that not everything is perfect and things happen and there's nothing they can do. I understand that things happen but the customer service and quality was horrible! I am devastated with my ring now. read more

I took my ring to get fixed and within like two weeks of having it the diamond fell off again. I called and let them know what happened i took my ring in and they were all very nice about it, they explained why it may have fell off again (and it made a lot of sense) i paid a lot to get it fixed the first time and they told me they would fix it again no charge and make 100% sure all the diamonds were set and not lose. I went to pick up my ring not long ago and omg it's beautiful. All the diamonds look sturdy and it looks nicer than when i brought it in! I'm so satisfied with their service! Thank you so much! People beware of this place they say they are selling you 14k gold but in reality its not! My parents have spent hundreds if not thousands on jewelry at this place had it tested for it to only be 10k gold. And im sure they know what they are doing thats why they automatically give every one 60% off your purchase because its not 14k gold. I hate giving bad reviews but this place ask for it. I have never bought things from this Mercado Latino place. Every one tells me to come check out this place. It had a big selection on jewelry and things so gave them a shot. I went to get my girls bracelets I ordered 3 bracelets and they ordered the wrong ones I should've walk away at that moment when they didn't order the ones I had ordered. Then when I choose the bracelets and took them home the same day they broke! So I called them and let them know what happened, they said they can repair it and they told me to come drop it off... I came drop it off to be repair and they told me it would be ready the next day by 6PM. I came the next day at 6PM and they didn't even touch the bracelets. I was so mad they could of called me and let me know they weren't ready. The repair man was really nice trying to make things better but I'm sorry that just don't work with me. I will never drop money on a cheap place like this again. I guess it's like they say you buy cheap you get cheap!!! And to top it all off these females that work here are so stupid they have no clue what they are doing. Save your time and money go some where else. Away away from this shit hole. read more
