Colonial & Primrose St. There is a parking lot. It was busy this afternoon but it could be due to the holiday season. It's a big place, large selection & alright prices. We noticed a couple of places around the store where samples were being handed out. I've been searching for Ron Del Barrilito and they have it. They also carry the Dominican brand of Chinola (passion fruit) drink & can't wait to try it. They carry wines, roses, champagne, sparkling wine, liqueur, rum, whiskey, bourbon, tequila, vodka, beers, THC infused drinks, mocktails & ready made cocktails. They have it all. The employees are helpful. They don't point when you ask where something is, they walk you over. Overall nice experience & we will return.

I noticed this Publix Liquor Store was close by so I stopped in to stock up on vodka and also to grab a six-pack of ginger beer for the Moscow Mules I was planning to jump on as soon as I parked the Fiat at the campground. This store as well as the Publix's grocery store next door seems to be fairly new to the area so I'm guessing this is why it wasn't listed or reviewed on YELP prior to this one. I was the only customer during my short visit here, the layout is rather simple and it took me no time to find everything I needed, the lone employee was stocking the shelves when I entered and only stopped to check me out. She was very polite and double bagged my liquor and made sure the handles were all aligned to ensure I had no chance of dropping it while walking through the parking lot back to my car. I can't say for sure if the prices are in-line with the ABC stores but at this point it really didn't matter, I wasn't here to restock the liquor cabinet...

I got to $.99 mini bottles of vodka one and pineapple and one in lemon; to go with these Seagrams escapes but the spiked cans were only $.99 so I got a Jamaican me happy spiked Seagrams and I got a pineapple cherry limeade spiked Seagrams I also grabbed a bottle of palms based room for $8.99. I've found some interesting bottles here that are "VIP" at the big box stores. I was looking for something specific once and asked and they actually had some in the back. Not sure why it wasn't on the shelf, but glad I asked about it. Since it is independently owned, they may jack up the prices in comparison to ABC and Total Wines. However, they're not as bad as some of the other shops around town. I've found some rarities here and have been happy with my purchases and with the service.

I appreciate the customer service at this store as they provide both perfect directions to locate the items you are looking for or using their handheld devices to see if they are out of stock. If they are out of stock, they can direct you to another ABC location as I experienced last Christmas season. The staff here also makes excellent wine recommendations you may want to try in the future. I've taken their recommendations up a number of times and have been very satisfied in the staff leading me to new "favorites". Their rewards program is also excellent in that as a member you have access to promotions, $5 reward coupons and $10 off every $100 of wine you purchase. I achieved Gold Key status which allows you to access the "Vault" and an ability to obtain hard to get items (such as the Blanton's Bourbon). However, I have experience problems with some issues related to the corporate side of the Rewards process. I've contacted Guest Services several times for issues I've uncovered in either redeeming points, getting access to the Vault when they updated the app and that a member's $10 off a purchase of $100 of wine is not recognized for online orders. I experienced this recently and had to cancel the order at the store and purchase the exact same three bottles to receive my $20 discount. I sent the online order receipt to Guest Services and received a reply thanking me for bringing it to their attention. Their eCommerce department was to look into a possible coding issue. However, I haven't purchased anything online since to see if its corrected. I prefer going directly to the SoDo location and working with the exceptional staff there to get exactly what I need.
