Very pissed off customer! I went to 420 Sahara on 4/1/26 at around 11:30 am I placed an online order for pick up when I arrived at the dispensary they had no online order for me. I remembered what I had ordered so I let them know, my order came out to $324.23 which was higher than I was quoted but whatever, after paying I thought I had to pick up my order somewhere else because the guy that helped me didn't give me my order I had just paid for. So I had to look for someone to ask where do I pick up? And found out the guy forgot to give me my order. Bad experience already. Fast forward to 04/08/26 I looked at my account online and discovered that my points were not there so I called to see why, the woman I spoke to said she didn't know and in fact there wasn't even an order history for my name???? wth? So I explained I in fact came in on 4/1 and placed an online order. She again said no history, I told her well I had over 300 points missing and she proceeded to tell me "it does not matter anyway because all points reset May 1st anyways" I said "what does this have to do with my points?" The lady then said " if you don't use them they reset May 1st" I said "well how do you know how many times I will be coming in for April?" She remained quiet. I smoke often because I am disabled and have severe pain everyday and to be treated like this is not professional and really bad for business! I have questions though so what happened to my order history and if it doesn't exist who went home with my $324.00????? They don't know how often I come in to redeem my points they just assumed I'm not a frequent shopper. Management needs to get it together there because I think there are some thieves among you! This is not your usual corporate dispensary. The service is very good as is the pricing. I prefer the local touch versus corporate regulated language and actions (i.e. automatons). The only reason I didn't give it the fifth star is the price of using the ATM and the fact you now shop without a budtender until you're ready to buy. This creates a scenario of running back and forth from the display cabinets to the checkout area if you have questions. Made the mistake of not bringing enough flower for my trip from Cali so I decide to stop in here. Big mistake. The workers were nice but the bud was not it! I ended up getting an item they recommended & it was pure garbage. Def check the dates on your flower before you purchase. If the revenue increased since my walk-ins that's due to me. Which typically happens. But I won't be back. There is no rating I would give this place..Management has changed.No longer is it the staff that is respectful or helpful advisor to your smoking preference.There was no one at the front desk when you enter. There is a glass case full of display weed and products, but one staff member states, they don't have more than have of the product .The Staff are rude and confrontational.You see a screen display saying buy weed from women.I noticed when I came in the management a women arguing with a customer over false advertisement.SHERRY is her name with red hair.STAY away from this place. She will disrespect you in front of people and think that it is okay.False advertisement is not met with customer service to insure you are solving the issue or maintaining the relationship with the customers.I was so disgusted to See Management SHERRY bully and intimidate customers .Staff member Antoinette who helped us was so unprofessional she kept calling my husband baby and trying to antinize us when we asked about the military discount being added..She was rude and condescending.We bought 2 for 56 and asked to add our military discount of 30%. These guys sold me an empty bag. Got home was told I bought a disposable didn't think I had to check the bag after paying for it. Bag was empty. Happened on 7/5/25 about 2-3 am so look out. made a mobile order and once it was ready for pickup i went to location called the number that is requested but no answer continued to call again but this time the dial tone was heard i proceeded to get down despite me having a medical condition that limits my movements. once inside i noticed a older white gentleman by the phone which was not on the receiver explaining why my call was ignored for curbside. i then proceeded to show my mexican passport and without even verifying anything i was rudely yelled at and informed that my passport wasn't accepted. i've busted my passport many times at other dispos with no problem. i do not recommend visiting this location as they aren't helpful if you have a disability as well will not accept a passport that isn't american. read more

This is by far one of my top dispensary stops in town. I was lucky enough to attend a Women in Wellness event they were having. It was beautiful to see many women share their stories of how cannabis helps them with whatever they are struggling with. It was even more amazing to educate myself further on cannabis such as the different types of terpenes! The boys over at Sahara Wellness really screwed me on this one. I Bought an Incredibles: 100mg Chocolate Toffee Boulder Bar. They advertised the bar scored in 10 squares, each square containing 10mg for easy dosage, but when I opened the bag I find a crumbled mess containing what appears to be less than a 100mg bar. The mess inside the bag is certainly not easy to dose out, which i'm sure many of us know is important when taking edibles, one too many of those little crumbs and one could end up in outer space. Called the manager to try to get it exchanged, or for them to at least rectify the issue, but all the condescending manager offered me was 10% off my next edible. The bar was $27.57, so I would have to buy another bar to get the full product I was promised, with the 10% off that would be $24.81. I rather not give this place anymore business, oh well, plenty of other weed shops in Las Vegas. read more

Terrible service! 2 days in a row they've taken my order, confirmed it, told me it's on the way, then didn't show. I live less that 2 miles from them. Every time you try to call, the line is busy i tried sending an e-mail, i tried reaching them through weed maps app (who also couldn't reach them). Finally someone actually called me, went through the whole order and assured me it's on the way. It's almost 3 hours since then. I understand that there's a lot going on right now, and i'm fine to wait a day or two for my delivery if someone would just communicate that. But to go through the trouble of calling me and still not delivering is just rude. You're wasting a lot of time, just shut down if you don't have people to run the store. read more

I went in for some cbd only products, a girl with a terrible attitude assisted me and told me about this oral spray and it supposedly had no thc, well I purchased it came home to find out it indeed had thc and the product had already EXPIRED.. I called the store that night and was told just to bring it in and when I went it the next morning no one greeted me whatsoever they were more than extremely rude, they made it seem like I lied about the product being expired like I was trying to take money from them & they refused me my refund for about 30 minutes this place is a joke and shouldn't be open since they want to sell expired product!! read more

I recently made another visit to this dispensary and I usually only come here, at least this year.I came in before mabe a month ago and a black man was on shift and was very cheerful and greeted me and danced and so did I.there was a lady whom identified herself as "Karen"and another person whom is white as well as karen, and I'm not sure of his name but they came from the front office and crossed there arms staring at me very harshly, it was really a scowl!....I returned yesterday in the afternoon and the same guy and older lady helped me named Karen. She was rude and began defending herself once I asked her age, primarily because she looked way too old to be acting or influencing the younger guy like that and I believe they tried to make me feel uncomfortable but I didn't care. I laughed today because Karen went on a rant of how beautiful and great she was but she just looked insecure,dated and immature. I hope she gets the attention she was looking for when more complaints cost her her job because she's wierd and rude!
